The road is made by walking ~ Our true nature is revealed.
November is a wonderful display of ingenuity and progress, like a phoenix we rise from the ashes. Thriving in challenging circumstances, shining despite the hardships we all go through. I feel deeply sentimental writing this monthly horoscope, because I too, like each one of us, is going through my own growing pains and transformational journey of the heart and soul. What an electric year it has been, looking back I see how much productivity has occurred, how new stages of maturity and fulfilment have entered and exited. How beautifully life has managed to line up at some deeply, fated times. November is wildly courageous and charismatic, we don’t want to wait for permission anymore to feel - to speak - to think - to act. There is a healthy level of arrogance knowing the last weeks of the year are coming up and so we’re keen to give it a go - give something or someone a chance. Others may feel like they’ve reached a plateau, as if they’re stuck in the mud. Every move may feel wrought with internal or external resistance. Regardless of our motivation, we procrastinate, we work harder but our efforts yield nothing. We must ascend the plateau - and the irony is, that the only way to do that is to accept that this is also a natural part of life, there are low/slow periods that flatline and make everything feel soul sucking.
‘Everything as a prayer’ - is a saying that transforms the appearance of meaningless tasks into something supremely special. It’s about the powerhouse mindset, even a simple daily lunch can turn into a beautiful, elaborate masterpiece. How you handle and manage any situation, challenge or experience in your life is how you handle all of your life - if you choose to infuse love and joy into your journey, that is what it will always be. Past conditionings are like a ‘thought thinking itself’ as Kaypacha says, so if you wish to use this month’s unmatched potential, begin by observing your thinking and seeing what cyclical pattern you naturally set off on. Is it always self-destructive? Is it always ordinary? Wishful? Positive? Joyful? Nothing remains obscured throughout this Eclipse season, what is revealed can only be felt when you are centred. The inner critic is always close by, using ego as a defence to pierce us - but we can choose the blue sky, the path of illumination, if we just choose to surrender and let go of some outdated storyline we keep telling ourselves.
It’s all a roll of the dice.
Mars stationed retrograde in Gemini on the 30th of October, where it will remain until January 2023. We’ve been stimulated by our environments in a unique way, and currently we’re moving through a process of digesting the negative and positive forms that are taking shape. Slowdown and reparations are likely, we can have complicated conversations to manage, which can be interpreted in many different ways as naturally, Gemini is known for its love of gossip and slander. The first two weeks of the month can feel explosive because of the plethora of planets migrated in Scorpio. There is a pulsing sensation felt behind the scenes of everyday life and we can feel intolerant towards other people’s plight or hesitant in stepping forward. Many of us may feel reckless and disorderly because our nervous system has been so jacked up; we’re over-activating our friends, networks, careers, dating lives. Everything but ourselves is a top priority, silly when you think about it really. We have stimuli coming in from everywhere and we just can’t sustain the intensity in our brain. From the 5th until the 10th, and potentially long after, we will begin to feel the ‘nervous system’ breakdown take place as Venus, Mercury and the Sun in Scorpio oppose Uranus in Taurus leading up to the Eclipse on the 8th.
On the 8th, a Blood Full Moon Eclipse rises in Taurus opposing the Sun in Scorpio - for us here in Australia, it is exact at 10.02pm. This is a rather curious, emotive and powerful time that correlates directly to the Blood Moon in Scorpio that occurred on May 16th. It’s as if the story in the book continues now with the next chapter - the 2.0 version. What happened around this time for you personally is a great place to start thinking about what could unfold now. The date itself is thick with symbolism, representing infinity, spiritual perfection and purity. Number 8 is the number of karma, the law of cause and effect. Number 11 is a master number, appearing when an important life decision needs to be made. Taurus reminds us that a world without borders does exist, nothing disappears from our heart entirely - no matter how much we wish it too. A tense square to Saturn excavates many fears - a mental landslide ensues. What is compelling is that we can honestly feel the constructive, growthful phase we’re working through - this is thanks to two things;
The North Node of destiny is also in Taurus, harmonising with this lunation, urging us to seek the best life has to offer. The N. N in Taurus inspires mercy, understanding + comfort.
Uranus in Taurus is in opposition to this lunation, which means an unexpected, tough blow will consume us. Beliefs are challenged and the conventional rhythm you’ve been dancing to goes out the door - if your freedom is being tested, it’s because someone somewhere is (purposefully) taking notes and sizing you up.
Fixed signs will naturally feel the heaviness of this energy most significantly, so I’d like to say a Good Luck to the Leo’s, Scorpio’s, Taurus and Aquarians of the world. We can all be distressed by the problems of the world, and how we approach the personal is how we liberate our emotional, psychical and psychic plane. Restore by release; in Taurus we can overcome the bland and banal - we can live a rich, full life. It just takes some practice. The next day Saturn is parallel to Uranus, creating tension between authentic expression and our need for coherence through living a more ‘stable’ life. If we were each to give in to all of our whims, what would become of practical consistency? This transit reminds us it’s important to develop consciousness and integrity through and BY our relations - do not listen to just anyone's advice - do not be over influenced by other peoples stories. We will be moving through this transit until January 7th, 2023 - so get comfortable with the dreaded sense of discord that seems to follow every step.
The 11th is a very prosperous + whimsical day, of large proportion synchronicities. We can be enlightened by a friend or lover, learning the path to intuition together. On the 16th, Venus enters adventurous Sagittarius, flipping the switch on the heaviness of Scorpio. Freedom loving, high spirited, honest and able to laugh at themselves, in Sagittarius this is considered an ’exotic’ time for love and intimacy. It challenges the notion that being in a relationship means ‘less freedom’ - it follows its own rules of engagement - and it allows the other to do the same, with full trust and transparency. Partnership is a choice, not an obligation - with Venus in Sagittarius everything is interdependent. No one owes us anything - our own happiness and security, should always, ALWAYS come from within. If it doesn’t, and let’s face it for many of us - it’s a work in progress, then this time can feel a little difficult. On the 22nd, the Sun joins Venus + Mercury, heralding in the fiery season of the Archer. A day later, a joyful New Moon in Sagittarius brings abundance and light. Positive affirmations help make this lunation all that it is, and we will notice a significant shift in intensity - as we move away from the Eclipse season and its harsh lessons. In many ways, the fire element of the Sag brings a sense of relief - what was burned begins to flower anew. Later that evening, Jupiter stations direct in Pisces where it will stay until the 20th of December, bringing a feeling of finality - ‘a once and for all’ - as it won’t be back in the sign of the lucky Fish for another 12 years. In Pisces, Jupiter is all things mystical and karmic. Divine interventions guide us, as Jupiter is so powerful in its domicile. We can relate to other people with serious sensitivity, addressing long held issues with a certain empathy that we just didn’t have before. Structures and ‘goals’ that include getting ahead, spending more money or acquiring materialistic objects begin to dissolve, what’s more important is our understanding and experience, presently - in the here and now. Neptune is also in Pisces, re-imagining what our ‘ideal world’ really looks like. We’re likely feeling more liberated as the year comes to a close and we can look back on the past 12 months with a sense of relief - a new day is dawning and with it new dreams.
December will be my last instalment of Monthly’s as I get set to move states and give birth to my second child. The payments will be suspended, but if you have any issues, just email me and I’ll sort it out with Stripe. I really look forward to being back next year, writing both weekly and monthly for my website - along with content for theOz.com.au - Thank you all so much for your continued love + support. It makes my heart sing.
May your cup runneth over in all possible ways on all types of days.

Aries: March 21 - April 19
Profound understanding comes from deep compassion, Aries. On October 30th, your ruler Mars, stationed retrograde in your 3rd house of conversation, setting the facts straight. You may have been in the long drawn out process of making an important decision to do with an existing partnership - romantic or professional, and are now ready to make tracks. November is not an easy month by any means, but it does add a certain character and charm to whatever is going on. For you, the first part of the month is solely focused on the 8th house, stretching you past your comfort zone. Venus, Mercury and the Sun in the 8th house do not enjoy sticking to routine - and will challenge you to move through mediocre ‘daily life’ in a more constructive way. You see, the 8th house reminds you that at any time you can step out of your echo chamber and seek out mentors who give honest criticism. If you feel like you haven’t been giving it your best shot lately, it's probably because you haven’t! Scorpio is big on discipline and practice, consider your growth and write a list of what you want to tackle first. The Full Moon Eclipse in Taurus occurs on the 8th, in your financial 2nd house. There is a deliberate focus on technique - on staying goal orientated and on giving and receiving feedback. Your performance at work is being assessed, so this Blood Moon can deliberately push you to the brink in terms of life/work balance. Pay attention to what has previously failed - is someone in your business trying to snake you? Has your job title come under review? Are you pushing the proverbial ‘limit’? There’s a lot on the cards with this lunation, and the North Node in Taurus makes it all the more memorable. The 2nd house is also skill based, and can be a great source of vulnerability if you’re constantly in a state of comparing. Without a doubt the first 14 days of the month indicate that you are coming to an end in a cycle, the finish line is near - the last leg of the journey really demands confidence and pride. Show up at work or in negotiating talks with your strengths at the top of your mind - you bear an emotional authenticity and truth that many find hard to muster.
One of the most complicated days comes right after the Eclipse, as Saturn squares Uranus - and continues to peak with intensity until the 13th. This continuous transit that has plagued the collective escalates rising prices and economic turmoil. We remain idealistic but lost in some sort of dream world, it can be hard to take on suggestions from friends or loved ones. To thrive under these cosmic occurrences, you must develop order in your home. Take the path of least resistance and organise so that you can feel a sense of peace and balance. Let all your things have their place, let each part of your business have its time. In love, compatibility is strong and you’re attracted to the commonalities that arise from intimate communication. A Gemini, Virgo or Pisces can provoke feelings of trust and innocence, there is a deep respect that will show itself. On the 17th, Venus moves into your philosophical, influential 9th house, merging with Mercury and the Sun on the 22nd. Sagittarius Season is always a harmonious time for you, as two halves become one whole with their shared fire element. Sagittarius by nature is optimistic, at times even virtuous, embracing the hallmark of always being employed in something useful. A Sagittarius New Moon then joins this adventurous 9th house on the 23rd, bringing dynamic downloads through dreams. A New Moon after a double eclipse can really renew our sense of perspective on life overall, leading you down the spiritual pathway of psychedelic experience. The next part of your self-love journey is upon you, it's time to align your aspirations to your reality- if you love someone but they’re far away, perhaps you make the move now. The 9th house fuelled by Sagittarius makes its own rules, we can prioritize our passions - and be driven by them! That doesn’t happen everyday, so take it with enthusiasm. Traveling across countries is possible - and if that’s too much of a stretch right now, then you’ll definitely examine what and how the truth comes to be in a situation with one or more close friends. Something is up for discussion and it needs to be thrashed out, for peace to return in a social setting. The same day, Jupiter moves direct in Pisces for its last hurrah! Moving back and forth between your signs since last year, there has been a level of magic which has naturally come toward you. What was underrated is now appreciated for what it truly is; some of you may truly be seeing someone's goodness for the first time, even if they displayed it countless times prior. Pisces is the inner eye - the inner work - by giving a friend or partner the safe space in which to be themselves, you are blocking your own self-limiting beliefs that feel outdated and foolish.
Dates to watch; 3rd, 8th, 15th, 17th, 22nd, 26th, 28th.
Taurus: April 20 - May 20
Your thoughts and feelings are valid, Taurus. Yet, truth is a constant and unwavering reality that you cannot dodge from, no matter what you embellish on top. November is a highly explorative and humbling time, fostering a certain independence that perhaps you’ve given up recently. In love, there is a calming presence especially if you have a partner that is an Air or Earth sign, perhaps an Aquarius or Virgo. Together you are initiating a new emotional platform through buying a home, investing in a business/collaboration or joining finances in some serious committal way. November is an action packed month as we move through the current Eclipse cycle that places you and Scorpio, your opposite sign in the line of fire until mid-next year. For you, it’s extremely personal with the North Node of Destiny (and Uranus) also in your sign, pushing aside who you thought you were to make room for who you actually are. The first two weeks are really intense because Mercury, Venus and the Sun in the 7th house oppose Uranus in your sign are digging up old storylines. New ground will be broken and it won’t feel convenient but these wounds or situations need to be washed out when it comes to partnership. Weighing the pro’s and con’s features, as well as being held accountable for your own wayward actions. Indecisiveness is part of the plot as are opposing viewpoints, you will get into it with someone and it will either be worth it or not.
Mars retrogrades in Gemini until January 2023, speeding up the amount of money that’s coming in for you. Moving through your 2nd house of security and skill, financial endeavours for a nest egg will be at the top of your brain. Gemini skews what one is trying to articulate, so be as straightforward as you can be when borrowing money from friends - if you are the one asking for help, reorganise your money plans and tick that off your list first once you’ve got the means to do so. A challenging square with Uranus and Saturn turns you blue in the face around the 5th to the 10th, sobering your romantic expectations. This transit has been going all year but will peak on these dates, activating a portal for new beginnings that is not without its harsh endings. On the 8th, a Blood Moon Eclipse makes a conjunction to Uranus in your 1st house of ‘I Am’. This is wildly provocative, personal, intimate and involved - you could manifest some real magic, if you’re not afraid to be reborn. Saturn is authoritative to this Eclipse, addressing the elephant in the room. Do you need to do something drastic to your looks or do you just need to like yourself more from the inside? Connecting to our strength can be scary because it is so raw and unfiltered. The 1st house can fill us with confidence and pride, it shows us how far we’ve come - regardless, the energies are so spotlighted that you may wish to remove yourself and enjoy some secluded privacy while you gather your thoughts. There is mystique and drama surrounding your reputation as the South Node in Scorpio ignites little fires, be wary of the need to ‘over-explain’ to people who wouldn’t give you the same courtesy. The mysterious 8th house will be accentuated when Venus moves into Sagittarius on the 17th, creating unhinged behaviour all around you. Mercury follows suit and on the 22nd, the Sun enters the adventurous fire sign. When life feels all consuming in one area, it usually is lacking somewhere else - the 8th house will take precedence now, so expect to claim your power within an intimate relationship. Squabbles around who brings what home may be a topic too, but generally, this New Moon is light and sweet, bringing a feeling of community after a lonely Eclipse season. Jupiter stations direct in Pisces toning down worldly ambitions that same day. You can now give into your inner hippie, and embody the compassionate, sensitive, self-expansive side this transit so beautifully offers in its domicile of Pisces.
Dates to watch; 1st, 4th, 8th, 10th, 18th, 23rd, 28th.
Gemini: May 21 - June 20
Contemplate what’s combusting in your heart, Gemini. The month begins with Venus, Mercury and the Sun moving through your 6th house of daily health. Career may have improved significantly over the course of October and you’d like to keep that same momentum going through to the end of the year. Your attention to detail is granting you accolades so that soon enough, you’ll be able to call some of the shots - not only bosses or people before you. Mars is retrograde in your 1st house until January 13th, 2023 playing a big role in how you assert yourself and communicate in general. In a way, you may be running circles - seeing the same people up and down the ladder because you can't seem to comprehend the lesson of modesty. What ‘neighbourly’ behaviour do you exhibit to those around you? Is there a constant pull to satisfy your urges and needs first? Gemini is associated with youth, and it can take you longer to ‘wise up’ than the average person - this is because although you are supremely self-sufficient, you also act like you’ve got nothing to learn from anyone. Ambitious and aggressive Mars will make sure the next 3 months are tremendously humbling, as the grey areas of your psyche are pulled into focus, pushing the superficial layer to the back. These first two weeks are fast paced, reminding you not to overlook family and friends. Saturn and Uranus make a tight square to one another weighing you down from the 5th-10th, this is a transit that feels like different shades of brown, and it has been moving through all 2022. Circumstances in your life feel like a catch 22, under this energy as you seek freedom but keep getting held back and restricted by a partner's opinion. What will satisfy and calm is having a creative outlet, even if you haven’t had one before or haven’t practiced in ages, just get your hands dirty and your mind away.
A lot of what you’re working through will result in a fearless courage that you ultimately end up carrying for life. It’s a blessing if you see it as one - progress forward is a never ending quest. On the 8th, the Taurus Lunar Eclipse in your 12th house of quiet reflects back to you the desire for privacy and solo time. A Blood Moon in the 12th house can force you to deal with very real, very subconscious problems you keep stuffing down. A tiff with a friend or family member may make it improbable now to cover your tracks, and you can regurgitate many thoughts and feelings you hardly ever share. The 12th house can shock as it has a seemingly otherworldly presence, with Uranus close to this lunation, the information that is spilled will be confronting. The North Node in Taurus will bring the tears and emotion, and we become aware of the passing of time - how sentimental things appear when we’re on the precipice of great change. After the 11th, you begin to recuperate and your mood returns to normal. Venus moves into Sagittarius on the 17th, an element you feel much more comfortable residing in. On the 19th, it merges with Mercury and on the 22nd, the Sun illuminates your 7th house of partnership in the sign of the Archer. Self-discovery doesn’t only come from time alone, in fact, partnership and union assist us greatly in figuring out who we are, what we love and the way we behave. A partner provides a mirror to your own ‘becoming’ - and the 7th house accentuates our desire - want and need for a true partner, a significant other. Interactions of all kinds will be emphasised especially on the 23rd, when a harmonising New Moon appears. The energy will have cooled down significantly by this time of the month, reinforcing your own ability to remain level headed. Peace begins with you, even (and especially) during these collective chaotic times. The same day, Jupiter stations direct in Pisces, stimulating the exchange of information. Suspense surrounding a new relationship may be squashed by a stranger, so don’t go running your mouth! On the 29th, Mercury opposes Mars delivering a reality check at work. If you act like you can’t be bothered to get ahead, the opportunity can be taken away from you hastily.
Dates to watch; 1st, 2nd, 6th, 8th, 11th, 15th, 23rd, 26th.
Cancer: June 21 - July 22
Don’t play into the mystical, Cancer. November is already wild enough, if you wish to make it through keep your wits about you! The Scorpio Sun, Venus and Mercury merge in your pleasure seeking 5th house for the first two and half weeks, activating high quality romance and temptation. Scorpio harmonises well with you as it accentuates the profound sensitivities you share as water signs. Inwardly, you feel playful and light hearted, connecting with children of your own or those of siblings/family. Outwardly, it’s an instructive time at work where your role within the group takes on an important dynamic. All month, there may be a delay in anger - as if you’re waiting for the other shoe to drop. There is a repressing of instinct going on around friends or lovers, and it may be a good time to ask yourself why this individual is evoking so much anger or frustration that you refuse to voice. Mars has begun retrograde in Gemini, where it will stay until January 13th, 2023. Affecting the psychic 12th house, you will confidently follow your gut these next 3 months, especially as dreams project the answers to your persistent romance questions. There can be a displacement of anger towards people and you lack the physical energy to be active/reactive. Passive aggressive behaviour ensues, and this is why Mars in the 12th can be a rather despondent yet formative cycle to take on. Piece by piece you are making sense of a story that will really crystallise from Christmas until March next year, it's all part of a maturing phase that you must grow through.
On the 8th, the Taurus Lunar Eclipse rises in your 11th house of socialising, activating parts of your personality that you love. Seeing your identity through the eyes of another is necessary and very helpful - giving you the confidence to be a little self-critical. This is a fortunate position for the lunation, although with Uranus so close, it highlights a friend giving you a massive wake-up call. An argument with a close pal can erupt due to money or time, who owes who? If you’ve been closely working on a collaborative project with a partner, this fierce Blood Moon can now make you inseparable, motivating you both to put your shared creation out into the world. The karmic North Node bounces between altruism and individualism, the 11th house will help you integrate the two so you are on track to become a more balanced, blended person. The 11th house manifests the audience, so a big part of your life can be about charming a crowd - using self-expression to draw out other people’s emotions and motives. In general, you feel committed and assertive even with a tense Saturn-Uranus opposition that peaks between the 5th-10th. The only hindrance here is that long-term relationships can be rocked by one partner unwilling to devote themselves entirely. You are a big romantic, there is no room in your life for people who aren’t loyal and monogamous. On the 17th, Venus shifts into Sagittarius and your work related 6th house. Social activities take a back seat for a moment as you try and wrap up the year of 2022, professionally speaking. Your work environment is highlighted, there is very little space to be lazy when you’ve got so much attention from authority figures. The arts are accentuated, so those of you who are musicians, actors, poets or dancers will really benefit from Sag’s highly spirited behaviour in Venus. Mercury follows suit the next day, naturally loving the 6th house because it can hone not details and declutter the home. You check things off the ‘to-do’ list and feel all the better, funny how such simple things improve your daily mood. On the 22nd, the Sun enters too, encouraging you to speak with a trusted family member or therapist if your scattered energy is becoming too much of an output - giving and never receiving. The real change however occurs on the 23rd, with a light-hearted but fiery New Moon, in this 6th house, reminding you it's important to feel - to crack open and lose yourself in vulnerability. Jupiter stations direct in Pisces, the same day as the New Moon acting like a double dose of blessing. Your 9th house is front and centre, bringing more spirituality and esoteric knowledge into your life through some sort of program, short course or search. You’re stimulated by buried desires, pursue what shows up.
Dates to watch; 4th, 8th, 9th, 11th, 19th, 23rd, 25th.
Leo: July 23 - August 22
Observe the subtle changes taking place in your inner life, Leo. The Scorpio Sun merges with Venus and Mercury in your domestic 4th house, recharging your batteries in these first two weeks. The anger of a sibling/child/parent can cause a ripple effect that is felt within your personal life, triggering certain memories or emotions that you’ve held onto from your upbringing. The 4th house reconfigures the role of the ‘father’ and is often associated with the performance of the ‘caretaker’, so in many ways you may be stepping up to the task, even momentarily to help out someone close to you. November is cunning, full of twists and turns and with perspective that is easily changed. Mars stationed retrograde in Gemini on October 30th, where it will stay until Jan 13th, 2023. In your 11th house of friendship, there is sure to be some uproar in who you’re seen with and who you claim to be the ‘real deal’. Mars is known to be demanding and assertive, but in the 11th house can get bogged down with fakeness. Maintaining authenticity helps with self confidence and this is a period in which you can make fast, firm friends with whoever, should you see to it. To old friends you can appear headstrong or changed, by your thoughts, opinions or social media antics - you’re relishing that you are not for everyone. You seek to reconsider who you are in terms of your social circle, and Mars will assist you symbolically, spiritually in gaining more truthful friends. On the 5th-10th, the ongoing Saturn square Uranus labyrinth peaks with intensity and works wonders in encouraging you to release assumptions. Just because you believe something to be true as it’s happened for you, does not prove anything for anyone else. This epic clash has been part of our astrological backdrop since 2021, forming tension between our need for freedom and our desire for stability. One can’t exist without the other, a healthy relationship sways both ways - do you satisfy these needs in a fair and forthright way?
Paranoias can strengthen when the Blood Moon in Taurus arrives on the 8th, merging with the karmic North Node, showing you the cracks in business projects, contracts and collaborations. Occurring in your 10th house of authority, you will need to claim your position for the sake of your public image and reputation. All eyes are on you at this time, but with Uranus in conjunction, it can manifest in surprising and bizarre ways - like an email being leaked with classified information or a boss trying to make a mockery out of your hard work. Regain your calm, that is where the true power of the 10th house lies. Your career is magnified and the fork in the road seems obvious now, you may be ready to take on something new like moving states or countries for your firm. Review your goals, they will be coming up in real time in the not so distant future. Someone could be trolling you from afar, if you notice this don’t give too much attention their way - people want you to react but this is only fuelling the cosmic trip of the Taurus/Scorpio Eclipse axis. From the 17th onwards, Venus moves into Sagittarius where it is expressive and free, harmonising with your fire heart. Mercury and the Sun join on the 22nd, with a charming New Moon following on the 23rd. Attraction skyrockets as the 5th house of flirtation and aesthetic appeal is accentuated, impacting the way you come across to a large audience. The 5th house endures much but it derives pleasure from making other people smile - a word of wisdom before you get too caught up in feedback and approval - when someone shows you their true colours, believe them! That same day, the fated meeting of Jupiter and Pisces circles back, stationing direct. Your creativity is more bold than usual and this proves to be a passionate, palpable moment in time. Pisces is irrational, but with Jupiter on its side domestic issues, especially ones to do with serious commitment can be repositioned to suit your needs.
Dates to watch; 1st, 4th, 6th, 9th, 10th, 12th, 19th, 23rd.
Virgo: August 23 - September 22
Time for an update in frequency, Virgo. November works well if you keep the faith, although that may prove hard to do! With the Sun, Venus and Mercury in Scorpio these first two weeks, it can feel like your emotions are being suppressed. Revolving around your 3rd house of chores and errands, life just piles one thing on after another. Your sharp intellect has an audience to flex to at this time, showing off your well developed ideas at home and in the workplace. More so than usual, you feel ambitious and willing to take a giant leap in business - whether that be moving across the country for a new role or quitting all together and cultivating your hobby as a career. If you are single, many could be encouraged by a new experience in dating to cast their net wide. An ongoing Saturn and Uranus square peaks on the 5th until the 10th, with ripples felt until the end of the year. Your inner foundations may be shaken when a friend doesn’t support your latest idea, especially because you’ve given so much of yourself to their plight before. You’ll have to be discerning now, it doesn’t make them wrong and it doesn’t make you right. However, you shouldn’t feel isolated when you look for emotional understanding, a true friend will know how to let you down easy. In general, the solutions you seek come from authoritative guidance, so look outside of your usual social circle for wisdom - people have been through the same, and much worse!
Throughout the year, your personal growth has been huge - you have bravely stepped foot into a new role. The answers haven’t been easy to come by, and a break up or family upheaval have accelerated your fears or trigger points. But look at you, you’ve survived - made it out of the tunnel, and there is plenty of light surrounding you, as you move beyond old limitations. The portal deepens on the 8th, when a Blood Moon Taurus Lunar Eclipse rises in your 9th house of adventure and inner journey. Uranus and the North Node here in Taurus act as a relief and irritation, anything can interrupt your flow now. The 9th house is about self-preservation too, as personal beliefs are tested by people close to you. There is a yearning for a break, a holiday - a little ‘get lost’ adventure that brings you back to yourself. You’re lured by imaginative inspiration to build and create this can prompt an unexpected path to open for you. Observe all that’s going on and don’t make any sudden decisions, you’ve got time so don’t back yourself into a corner. The 11th is a simple and reassuring day, where ambiguity dies down and a lover makes you feel appreciated and confident. Lean into these good vibes, especially if they feel few and far between. All month until January 13th 2023, Mars retrogrades in the highly goal-orientated 10th house. Your personal P.R matters with the academic 10th house, as do your skills, values + reputation. Gemini is curious and questions everything, if you feel the need to backtrack on a duty or responsibility, now is the time to reassess. On the 17th, Venus enters lively Sagittarius, a few days later Mercury and the Sun come together in the private 4th house of the family. Backed by Sag’s fiery thirst for life, the eclipse energy slowly begins to drift away. A Sagittarius New Moon arrives on the 23rd, focusing on the 4th house and diving deep into your family, property and work/life balance. Your cup can be filled by the stable nature of a parent or child who are a source of great comfort. Confrontations can also occur, especially if a problem has been swept under the rug - you won’t be able to bite your tongue anymore. The anticipation of holidays can bring up many emotions and hesitations, so be sure to nourish yourself. The same day lucky Jupiter stations direct in Pisces, moving into your house of love. Partnerships aren’t all equal and you will be going through the motions to achieve more calm in yours. Pisces is naturally forgiving, choosing the high road all too often. It reminds us, if you want someone to go easy on you - you must first go easy on them.
Dates to watch; 2nd, 7th, 9th, 15th, 19th, 22nd, 24th.
Libra: September 23 - October 22
Your optimism expands leaps and bounds, Libra. November is a very multidimensional month with the first two weeks solely focused on your 2nd house of finances, as the Sun, Venus and Mercury converge in Scorpio. This is a time of rapid wealth, and you tend to be in a better position materialistally than months previous. For you, emotional security comes from being around your possessions, your home comforts. Scorpio drives the ego to have very high ethical standards, so you will feel morally strong and ready to take on the world. Sacrifices need to be made when Uranus and Saturn meet in a tight square, peaking with serious intensity from the 5th-10th. Your desire for relationship stability and the innate need for freedom in love clashes, after all, you are the perfect mix of elemental Air - space is required for you to roam and flirt with the world around you. Saturn and Uranus mixed together love to fight the future, the path ahead fraught with all its side effects because of our decisions can make the two planets nervous - what if it doesn’t turn out the way we had hoped? Use this time to invite your beliefs and visions for 2023, and to clarify what it is you dream about - the potent Uranus energy will deliver something constructive for you when you least expect it! In love, your emotional development has grown through active awareness of past patterns. A sensitivity that we all seek in a partner has awoken in you and your interactions with those around you have strengthened.
What you do have to be careful of this month is financial trigger points that erupt in your relationship because of the dense aspects occurring in your complex 8th house of other peoples money. Tense conversations about ‘What’s mine + What’s yours’ feel uncomfortable and inconvenient, but they need to be had. On the 8th, the raw and impactful Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse rises in the 8th house, bringing a period of soul searching reflection. Heightened emotions leave you much more prone to crying or fighting, there is drama in the air, as you deal with a past issue that’s come up again. Reoccurring problems between couples may snap for final this time, so be aware when you speak that this could be for ‘real’. Taurus in the 8th house is extra flippant - taxes, inheritances, your joint account, the honest stripping down of what each person does for the other is significantly contemplated. You are being inspected, scrutinised and because the 8th house rules transformation too - what you leave with may be more than what you came with. What happens ultimately is meant to surprise and shock - it is a mystery, one that a person such as me cannot solve for you. Brace yourself - live it to the full potential. The 11/11 is a day that represents new doors opening, particularly in work, friendship and collaboration. Where more than one person merge together to create and bring to life. It will act like a sweet reprieve from the powerful eclipse saga, enjoy the interesting synchronicities that align. On the 22nd, the Sun enters vibrant Sagittarius, joining forces with Venus and Mercury who made the switch a few days prior. Moving into your busy 3rd house, life speeds up and your immediate environment requires attention. The home, your siblings, colleagues and the people with whom you converse daily become the centre of your world. During this cycle you get to know the people in your periphery better, with more compassion. The 23rd is quite an auspicious date, with Jupiter moving direct in Pisces, promising a better work/life balance until early next year. The New Moon in Sagittarius feels quirky, stimulating you that same day to put your intellectual opinion out there. The 3rd house activates new, information, resources and your local community - who you are within the group will be amplified. Logic isn’t always your strong suit, so lead from within, your heart is the trail blazer!
Dates to watch; 1st, 9th, 10th, 12th, 22nd, 28th, 29th.
Scorpio: October 23 - November 21
Happy Birthday darling Scorpio, it is your month to reflect and celebrate the life you’ve created. There’s no turning back now so enjoy the view! Mercury + Venus move through your sign along with the Sun and the South Node until the 22nd, in your personal and private 1st house of self. There is a lot to tie together, most of all your daily experience and the people you choose to feel it all with are emphasised in a grandiose way. The 1st house is image, self-expression, body language, your eyes and the words that make you - the energy force is vital, enthusiastic - you are feeling alive! The scent of rebirth can imply blue skies and no worries, but really the birthday season awakens massive sudden possibility, stirring up vulnerable feelings. You know better than to lean into self-defeating behaviours, especially as the Taurus Blood Moon eclipse draws closer on the 8th/11th. Love has felt like a spider web lately, getting frayed and torn apart by other people’s opinions, advice or conditions on the two people who are actually in the relationship. Your nervous system therefore may be on high alert as you attempt to re-weave the connection that may have been lost. For many of you, connection + passion has helped you reconnect back to yourself, reminding you that you are loveable - beautiful. Choosing to participate in a union regardless of the hurt that may or may not ever come has been one of your strong suits in seeing progress within. With one particular person, you’ve continued to feed the soil of your intimacy, even when the support network perhaps wasn’t there for you both. Together, you’ve supported one another and emerged all the better for it.
With this extensive focus on your 1st house during these first weeks, it's important to actively seek creativity and compassion through your work and through your daily life. There is strong will and determination, especially with the South Node in your sign helping you to pioneer something epic. The Taurus Lunar Eclipse in the 7th house of committed partnership rises on the 8th, making a conjunction to Uranus as it meets the North Node. Partnerships are tested, frazzled by the shock-wave behaviour Uranus puts down. If your foundation is rock solid, this will be a minor blip in the timeline, if you’ve been untrue or unjust to one another, then this can mark a significant turning point in your story together - whether that be a business partner, a romantic lover or a family friend. Eclipses bring attention to one area of life by triggering an event to see if you need to evaluate. The cosmic drive is potent, but as your sign is so deep and demanding and because Uranus is so hot-blooded in Taurus, the vibration can turn into some sort of fundamental love crisis. It will poke - asking tough questions - Are you sure this is what you want? Actually, no it's more personal than that - Are you sure this is the person you want it with!? There are many layers to dissect and it's not as simple as one person’s needs - there will be a call for compromise. Can you handle what is asked of you by a partner/friend /family member when some of your freedom or desire is perhaps altered? Mother Theresa once said - ‘For love to be real, it must cost’. What does true merging cost to you? Life is like a mirror, our predominant beliefs dictate our reality. We are continually shaping the world around us as we think consciously and unconsciously, this Lunar Eclipse pleads with you to think with more morality. On the 11th, a genuine day of happiness passes through you. The ethical seeks your business and your direct approach teaches you a thing or two about mastery within collaboration or a group. On the 17th, emotional resilience is restored when Venus moves into Sagittarius, improving your mood and charm. On the 22nd, the Sun moves out of your sign for another year shifting into the adventurous and fiery Archer, Sagittarius. Highlighting your 2nd house of comfort and money, your attention turns outward, to security. On the 23rd, a brilliant New Moon merges with the Sun, Venus and Mercury, motivating you to challenge the status quo within your workplace. The cosmic weather allows for negotiation, debate and intellectual stimulation. Work towards a tangible goal from now until December, and the beginning of 2023 will be yours to enjoy. That same day, Jupiter stations direct in Pisces, harmonising well for you leading into Christmas time. Life will come together piece by piece, especially as you stand in your power, recognising what it is you deserve!
Dates to watch; 4th, 5th, 7th, 9th, 17th, 23rd, 27th, 30th.
Sagittarius: November 22 - December 21
Use good judgement, Sagittarius. November is powerful beyond measure, bringing you closer to your solar return with each passing day. While the Sun, Venus and Mercury traverse through Scorpio, your 12th house is accentuated encouraging you to sit back and relax. The 12th house is constantly working through karma, knowingly or unknowingly you are in a cycle now that is deeply spiritual, triggering you to respond emotionally - compassionately. Unfortunately, you can’t always take the high road - or be the bigger person, so this 12th house wants you to feel all the feelings - even the ugly, inconvenient ones. Scorpio illuminates hidden enemies/secrets, so it's natural for the first two weeks of the month to feel a little uneven. You are getting your bearings around a shock situation with a lover or former friend, maybe even a parent. This relationship is reshaping your character, because it's reminding you to trust your gut instinct more. Until January 13th, 2023 Mars is retrograde in Gemini and your romantic 7th house. A period of review is upon you and the enthusiasm you once felt for a relationship or significant other may start to dwindle now or really keep you guessing if they’re feeling the same. Mars is aggressive and assertive, but in the 7th house can feel obsessive and over the top. Putting words in other people's mouths can cause strife now, as well as making hasty assumptions. Your confidence falters and this annoys those closest to you, it's as if you’re constantly on the lookout for some sort of cheap validation. If something inside of you doesn’t feel right, don’t push it - do what you can and wait for the energy to ease up. By January next year, you will have refocused on home life and the people closest to you.
A tight square between Uranus and Saturn feels like a burden peaking in intensity from the 5th-10th. There is discord in the air challenging your relationship with family and how you fit into society. Uranus and the North Node in Taurus bring confusion, a ‘how could this be’ moment. Information overload stimulates the senses, and you’ll have to compartmentalise what you cannot separate. On the 8th, the Blood Moon Taurus Lunar Eclipse rises full and juicy in your 6th house of health and wellness. A Lunar Eclipse is mystical - the Aborigines believed that the reddish colour of a Blood Moon meant someone would be killed. We don’t need to take spooky omens to heart, but it’s obvious that this lunation is fraught with nostalgia, yearning and desire for what was and what could be. In the 6th house, your own flaws come up demanding your attention in work, community services and the home. Health matters can’t be escaped, and a long standing issue may now prompt you to see a doctor. Changes in routine are also likely, pleasantly so - giving you more time for a relaxed morning coffee with a partner or a leisurely walk with your child to school. On the 11th, you attract admirers and feel exceptionally social which is a nice change from the moody, draining Scorpio vibration. Obstacles that stem from a one on one, intimate relationship just make you see how much you do want it to work - and what you’re willing to surrender in order for smooth sailing. On the 17th, Venus moves into your 1st house - followed by Mercury. You’ll have a lot to contend with - a lot on your mind and it's all so very personal. To others, it will seem like you’re all about ‘Me’ and for once you should be! On the 22nd, the Sun moves into your sign, celebrating you and your aspirations. On the 23rd, a light hearted New Moon arrives in the 1st house, bringing healing and hope. You have the chance to clarify priorities, leap into action and connect with spirit, its a cosmic rebirth in many ways. The most important high frequency relationship is the one you have with yourself, magic and auspicious coincidences come from when you follow your fate. Big decisions about hair, body, weight loss and PR can happen now, as you cultivate your relationship to the outer world. Jupiter, your ruler, stations direct on the same day as the fortuitous New Moon, in the sign of Pisces creating joy within your home life. Reunions can be heartwarming, especially with an older relative who you haven’t had much time with lately.
Dates to watch; 1st, 4th, 8th, 9th, 14th, 20th, 23rd, 27th.
Capricorn: December 22 - January 19
What is irritating you is showing you what you need to have patience for, Capricorn. The Sun in Scorpio moves with Venus and Mercury through your very social 11th house, pushing the boundaries people have in place for you. Although work and career are extremely important to the average Capricorn, friends and networking often mean just as much. You are a creature of habit and the restrictive cosmic energy of the moment is encouraging you, (for good and bad) to let loose and enjoy a little time off. For the most part this year has revolved heavily around relationships - and the influence you have over people with your natural radiance and charisma. In your career, this confidence has accomplished a few significant projects. It is your intention in these first two weeks of the month, with the 11th house backing you, to continue being a star player and humanitarian - so that authority and other colleagues will acknowledge you. Words of support from people within your community are needed now to help develop your image and reputation. November is a bit like the ‘underdog’ character in a movie, it's a true hero’s tale. You, of course, are the main character moving through copious feelings and thoughts - especially with Mars moving through your 6th house of health and daily routine. Day to day, you are turning something private over in your mind and it's not as straightforward as people would have you believe. The 6th house is also about setbacks that make you stall, what you give into - what you refuse to fix in order to get healthy or right. You can take on a fresh approach to your health and peace of mind by releasing some passive aggressive thoughts and behaviours - and moving out of frustration with exercise, yoga and meditation.
Major changes in career, the home or your relationships are reminding you not to be attached to an outcome, it will only move further away from you the more you try and clutch it in your hands. A new vibration is trying to move through your home life, as the Taurus Lunar Eclipse rises on the 8th. In your 5th house of children and playfulness, commitments may be tested and scrutinised. Do you really feel how you say you do? An eclipse is always a disruptive shake up in our personal timelines, but for you this one is important because it touches on freedom in family, solidarity in who you are outside of your comfort zone. The end to a creative project may feel deeply fulfilling, as you wave goodbye to a big portion of concentration. In Taurus, the 5th house awakens to a fantasy - if you’ve lacked self-expression, this lunation will bring it back ten-fold. Ecstatic emotions can make you obsess over a lover and there’s a great desire to possess one another. On the 11th, information is illuminated that you really needed to get to the bottom of. Cash related to the home or property you own can bring you wonderful news now. On the 17th, Venus enters Sagittarius and your 12th house of mysticism. The mood to party has likely quietened down by this date, and you seek privacy and space to reflect. A lot is going on in the background of your life and some of you may be getting ready to move countries, jobs or houses. On the 22nd, the Sun enters the adventurous, lively archer - Sagittarius. On the 23rd, a New Moon arrives, naturally highlighting this 12th house makes you introspective, sensitive and preparing for things to come. Private affairs are in the spotlight with Sagittarius at the helm, so observe and get in touch with whatever is coming up for you. The same day, Jupiter stations direct in Pisces manifesting as a time of surrender - a time to let go and leap forward. Your excitement for the future is amplified as a partner or family member brings special news to you. These milestones are developmental for you, a moment in time you won’t forget for years to come, keep embracing all that the road has to offer!
Dates to watch; 2nd, 12th, 16th, 23rd, 27th, 30th.
Aquarius: January 20 - February 18
Work out a plan, Aquarius. Start small and follow through, even when you feel like giving up. November has that magical quality to it, that if you keep your word - it will do the same. The Scorpio Sun, Venus and Mercury move in your 10th house until the 22nd, acknowledging that perhaps it's time for some serious concentration in business. You’ve been flowing through the year as best you can, doing what you like, responsible for very little but yourself. Now with the end of 2022 arriving rapidly, you’re ready to turn your attention to collaboration, contribution and community. If there ever was a motto for you, it would be - ‘work smarter, not harder’. As usual, you’re taking on your own advice and this brings the attention of co-workers and poachers who love your ethic for its style and grace. The 10th house rules over ambition and drive, even doing so little you’ve garnered a lot of self-respect, most likely because you’ve been in the game for so long. People know you, they have witnessed your strengths and weaknesses, they are aware that when and if* you say you’ll do it - it will be done! Practical thinking is skewed from the 5th-10th when Saturn and Uranus peak in their tense square. You’re thrown off by someone’s insincere comment, unusually so. Days go by where you keep replaying, wondering what it is they meant to portray by such a remark. People in your outer circle often forget that you’re a lot more melancholy and sensitive than you lead on, so try and drop the anguish and call it out for what it is. Love may be a bigger topic than you want it to be, with Mars traversing through indecisive Gemini retrograde. In your 5th house of flirtation and canoodling, you find yourself smitten and perplexed by an individual who has recently walked into your life. Mars retrograde can feel unnervingly obsessive or frustrated, pushing you to lash out or act in a passive aggressive way that isn’t normal for you.
Coming into the warmer months for us here in Australia, we land in a very fertile and prosperous time. For those elsewhere, it’s a time of wrapping up the year within the comfort of your own home, amongst family. Whatever we perceive cannot exist without us, and so the balancing act between our personal and professional lives can feel big at this time - but if we change our perception, stand tall in our projection, we can make this gap feel insignificant by the time the holidays roll around. On the 8th, a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse rises in Taurus breaking down shame and fear. You’re not interested in keeping up appearances, instead you look for the nuisances in a person, to help make them feel more real. Human connection governs the 4th house that this Eclipse falls in for you, strengthening connection and real conversation with the people around you. This Blood Moon has various compartments to it, such as the conjunction with Uranus and the North Node, square Saturn while antagonising the Sun in Scorpio. Taurus blurs the line between ‘what is mine and what is yours’, it gives without expecting - taking the shirt of its own back to help those people they love (even loathe). For you, this lunation will play out in a realization that what is coming now for your family dynamic is different to what was before - not in a good or bad way - just different. A new chapter has commenced and with it, the need to surrender. House dramas are illuminated and you may be asked to move out or move in from somewhere quite quickly. There are repairs to think about within your own 4 walls and this can prove inconvenient because of lack of time/money or unexpected because of how suddenly it manifests. Water damage, safety hazards - mould issues, all of this and more is likely with the 4th house accentuated on such a doozy of a Moon. The external circumstances force your hand internally, so there can be uproar emotionally about relationships within the family unit - someone doing something unpleasant to a mother, father, child or sibling. Perhaps it’s innocent, little to no consideration about your feelings or time frame, regardless it stings and you’re surprised by their audacity to not feel remorse. Regardless, this middle part of the month is about heritage, ancestors, feeling the weight of your family history and understanding the foundations from which you as a person were built. On the 11th, the universe asks you to get in touch with your feelings, if the words are too heady to get out - write it down. On the 17th, Venus enters happy-go lucky Sagittarius, doing the networking for you. By the 22nd, the Sun and Mercury have merged here in your 11th house of groups and social affiliations. On the 23rd, a very light-hearted New Moon makes dreams come true. A recently acquired, eccentric friend may capture your attention and have you seeking knowledge that satisfies your curious mind. Together you may be diving deep to build a social network for like-minded people. Lively meetings are obvious, and you stop to chat more with the community, getting to know the people who live amongst you. On the same evening, Jupiter stations direct in Pisces, reaffirming your intuition. Optimism is awoken in your heart, Pisces naturally knows how to do this for you, it’s a kindred spirit of sorts. Embrace the magic it will direct at your house of resources, building confidence with your skills, hobbies and god-given talents.
Dates to watch; 1st, 6th, 10th, 20th, 22nd, 24th, 28th.
Pisces: February 19 - March 20
Read the signs, Pisces. Reconsiderations won’t be taken lightly in the future, so it's best to be sure now of what it is you do want - the fine print matters unlike ever before. The month begins uneasy with too much on the line as Mars is stationed retrograde on the 30th of October, in your 4th house of family and home life. This 3 month period stalls a lot of the progress you have made as a unit, regardless of your desire to move ahead. Repairs need to be made and it's not just as easy as saying ’Sorry’. People's feelings were hurt by circumstances you, yourself did not cultivate. All you can do in this period of review, is keep smiling - taking the high road and commiserating. Sometimes situations in life are bigger than you, and deeper, more stable foundations need to be laid in order for everyone to heal both together and separately. Be stimulated by the rich history of your roots, ancestors and lineage - assert yourself by (re)acting in compassion - giving everyone the chance to feel safe and seen when they talk through your door. The month begins with the Scorpio Sun, Venus and Mercury flowing through your 9th house of philosophical thinking. November requires a certain bravery and a lot more empathy than you’re keen to give. Give it you must though, if you’re to accept any of the treats it does in fact have in store for you. The 9th house crystallises experiences, memories and emotional awareness. You’re in a state of mind that is curious, expansive - full of questions and desires to learn more. If 2022 has felt stagnant then the last two months, certainly won’t. A partner merges with you to explore new found territory - be in self fulfilment, tantra or something simple like ‘How to meditate’. Together, you’re forging ahead to create something that you can share - so keep initiating the process.
From the 5th-10th, the Uranus-Saturn square intensifies sparking something within you. Realizations that you may have been giving out your power just to make other people feel validated or special begins to dawn. Energetically, this is a period of re-set and it can create discord and chaos especially with people like you - who often don’t begin conflict and try to take some sort of moral high road. It’s time to bring the power back home - to move in rhythm with your authenticity and magic - the very reason these people fell for you in the first place! Now, you’re the one trying to convince them you mean something?! Rubbish. It’s their time to give you reasons now on why you should remain so light footed in their life, while they make you walk on eggshells through theirs. The most important cosmic event however, is smack bang in the middle of this ruse. On the 8th, the wildly vivid Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse rises in Taurus in your communicative 3rd house. All those things you’ve wanted to say but kept tight lipped about either due to humility or grace now goes out the door. Uranus in conjunction shocks the group or the individual but for you this feeling has been long standing, there are no more mincing words. Eclipses are major, they manifest potently gathering speed with time. Perspectives are changed easily in the 3rd house, so if you have said something would ‘never’, don’t be surprised if you now go back and do the one thing you swore you wouldn’t. The 3rd house is revealing, it shows us what beliefs and values we need to suspend. It unveils our feelings in a rather uncouth way - because of this disputes are likely as a blow to confidence. While you may appear meek and forgiving to others, true Pisceans know we are anything but. Use your brilliant mind, speak your concerns and voice your ideas - they are genius at times and need to be heard to be believed! On the 11th, sweet surrender is yours as problems melt away. The worst of the square is over and you can rest and reflect on what the ‘lightbulb’ moment was. Everyday routine is picking up pace as you get ready for something important to take place, like a career shift, house move or family arrival. On the 17th, Venus whizzes into Sagittarius providing the adventure the 9th house seeks so desperately. An unannounced trip may have been in the plans for your romantic partner, surprising you sweetly with a getaway. On the 22nd, the Sun merges with Venus + Mercury in your ambitious 10th house. Just when you thought you could hang your hat up, last minute work projects are placed on the schedule. It seems that you’ll be rather busy well into the end of the year. On the 23rd, a New Moon spotlights your reputation and work ethic. You should be a tad bolder than usual as there is an audience paying attention now. Something big is brewing for you throughout 2023 in the professional sphere, and you’ll begin to see pieces of it form in these next 4 weeks because of this electric Sagittarius, mutable shift in energy. Your visions shine with imagination and people need that. The same day, Jupiter stations direct in your sign, furthering this notion of great success. It is almost like Jupiters parting gift to you, because it won’t be back until 2033. You have until December 21st, 2022 to really empty Jupiters dynamic well - the prizes will be endless as you are his favourite sign to traverse. Define your dreams and goals, the more outlandish the better - then let Jupiter put in the work while you keep at it too.
Dates to watch; 2nd, 7th, 8th, 12th, 23rd, 25th, 29th.
