October is a paramount month in the year 2022. We are triggered by heightened emotions that are brought on by a partial Solar Eclipse in Scorpio, on October 25th. Our focus is on resources, money, career, professional outlooks and our own personal journey through space and time. Are we fulfilled? How can we be more so? What can we do today, right now - to live more presently, more consciously? Determining our goals, passions, values and making intentional choices in the direction we wish to go - that’s choosing well - that’s us in control - in sync - in harmony. Many people are stuck in a stand still or ‘no way out’ mentality due to the many planets in retrograde motion, which began back in August and carries through well into October. Reversals, rescheduling and reattempting a form of communication is all likely now, and because of this, how we converse can come up against great disruption making us sound unusually odd or confused. The truth is, we are in a process of reframing how we think and what we believe, what stems from this is a multidimensional reshuffle of the heart and the mind. Keep what resonates, operate with only those who bring a high, loving frequency - drop the rest and don’t let anyone force your journey down a negative spiral. Recognise the game (or the people who play a big part) for what it is - just a game!!!
The emotional turmoil that surrounds such cosmic events affirms that we are in a time of retribution, but the energy that envelops the collective is very clear - concise and organised - it is resetting the line up and continuing the shared dream, one of great health, happiness and love - for all those who seek it. If you have had failed attempts in the past, but regardless kept launching your arrow, hoping that someday soon it will meet its target, then you have thought right. October is a launch pad, the multiple retrogrades act like reassessments of faith and the course of 2022 now rests on your shoulders. Jupiter moved into Aries, on May 10th, after spending considerable months in Pisces. This is one of the most significant transits of the year because it marked a huge change of pace, as it traveled through bold and brave Aries. On the 28th of October, Jupiter moves back into Pisces where it adores to be, until December 20th and beyond. Jupiter expands our knowledge, our optimism, our growth and compassion - in Pisces, Jupiter is geared toward a higher spirituality that accepts as true what we dream and imagine about. Our core desire over the next 2 months will be less worldly, less ambitious - it's much more private and demure. Pisces prefers the privacy of their inner world, so we will now spend more time dreaming, drawing, creating, feeling, exploring and envisioning. Expect the attitudes of friends and lovers to soften a tad, for inspiration to catch you randomly and for the mystical and magical to make more sense, like that’s why, this is the way that it is.
On October 30th, Mars in Gemini will station retrograde until January 12th, 2023, causing unnerving energy for Jupiter to contend with, especially when it moves back into Aries late December 2022. When planets switch direction it can mark a very crucial period for us as a whole, and internally too.
Jumping too far ahead, let’s look at the start of the month and what it has in store for us. On the 1st of the month, Venus in Libra opposes Jupiter in Aries, pushing us to review our emotions toward a loved one or partner. We’re more likely to put ourselves first, caring about our preferred outcome. The 2nd-3rd of October is a gold star time for finances, as well as having huge potential for career expansion. That same day, Mercury stations direct in Virgo, but the shadow period haunts us until the 12th. Regardless, we will all feel more clear headed and practical as we look for alternative routes that the retrograde robbed us of. On the 8th, Pluto stations direct in Capricorn, calculating risks with intelligence. We’re less chaotic and deeply propelled to clear the air after a difference in opinion. As the ruler of Scorpio, and therefore the South Node at this time, it can make the days surrounding feel thick with significance. As if you’re living the days of your life that you will one day look back on and remember with a lucidity unlike any other. The Full Hunter’s Moon rises on the 10th, in abundant Aries opposing the Sun in Libra. A wonderful time to assert ourselves in career, communication and intimacy. The energy is fiery, so while we may show a lot of integrity - we can also come across as pushy or egotistical. Aries values honesty, so they don’t tolerate lies easily - what may annoy us however, is not other peoples white lies that reflect their own behaviour and mood - but our own, the lies we tell ourselves. ‘This relationship will be OK’ - ‘I’m happy at my job/in my home/with my partner” - people are actually very perceptive and aware of who tells the truth, who lives their truth and who doesn’t - and although you don’t need to explain yourself or your lifestyle to just about anyone, you do have to contend with it yourself. Over time, these questions snowball and become bigger issues with much bigger consequences, Libra season - October - An Aries Full Moon - Eclipse time is a perfect moment to evaluate your situation, accept the reality and work hard on changing whatever needs to be altered. Living your life in a way that is ‘honest’ to who you are is all any one of us can really dream off - to feel at ease with your direction - that is true wealth.
Libra season is very much about strengthening one’s own personal discernment through relationships, love and intimacy - naturally accentuating the elusive, far-flung twin flame union, that despite all mystery really does exist. October is for upgrading our operating systems - just because our blood line and ancestors have patterns of abuse, estrangement, betrayal, divorce and/or money issues, does NOT mean we have to - but too often it is passed down from generation to generation. These patterns unconsciously influence our thoughts, beliefs, behaviours and relationships to this current day. Cultivating your own personal laws by which we live and love by - that honour but do not follow these lineages are crucial if we wish to create our own path, free from the trauma and fear of people who have come before you. That is our dharma, it is often what we are placed on this earth for - to rid ourselves of curses placed upon us long ago by people who love us but didn’t know any better themselves.
‘When you know better - you do better’ - Maya Angelou
On the 12th, Mars squares Neptune in Pisces challenging us to lend a helping hand, even and most importantly when we don’t feel like extending ourselves, that is often when it is needed for all involved. On the 22nd, the Sun enters the deep, intense waters of Scorpio. This is a powerfully layered time full of swirling emotion, where everything is coming and going simultaneously making us wonder how we are showing up in our everyday interactions. The next day, responsible Saturn stations direct in zany Aquarius. This is the last transit in Aquarius for 28 years and next year will move into Pisces, awarding us with many different lessons and desires. Saturn in Aquarius has pushed serious boundaries within our collective, most notably the pandemic that began when Saturn had newly begun its traverse in March 2020. This last push forward will show outcomes that have been forming over these few years, and give us a chance to erect firmer boundaries for when the disillusion in Pisces begins.
As Esther Perel puts it “The quality of your relationships determines the quality of your life. The bonds we establish with people gives us a greater sense of meaning, happiness and wellbeing than any other human experience.” The first three weeks of the month mark us directly because the norms in love are changing beneath our feet, things are not as simple as they used to be - and it will be displayed through situations, experiences and events that come up for us as a collective which feel new and frightening. It’s time to upgrade our operating systems - that much is evident - how we go about doing it - is completely up to us. On the 25th, a partial Solar Eclipse New Moon in Scorpio divides and conquers. Abundant information flows to us during this transit, the themes are accentuated by the South and North Nodes which of course are in Taurus and Scorpio, meaning we are clearing karma and adjusting to new challenges that tap into our inner strength. An activation of power provides us with issues and struggles that feel destined, or out of our control. Perhaps, we feel like we’re constantly getting hit with a stick, it’s confronting and hectic. Eclipses can feel expansive as well as uncertain, especially in the 4-6 weeks before AND after, bring up massive anxieties that we must navigate in order to get to the other side. Appreciating the ebb and flow of our personal lives is the best way to go into October, accept there will be breakthroughs both uncomfortable and incredible, it's really all in the eye of the beholder! This Eclipse will fall into the 8th house which Scorpio rules, accentuating other people's money, family money, partners in romance and their shared incomes, collaborations in business and the mysteries of life. The slow, fast, romantic, depressing, monotonous everyday moments make up our lives - the small things really end up being the big things. Life is a spiritual journey, everything is interconnected - one equals the whole. There’s a whole world outside of our door, tap into it’s synergy and feel the rainbow of experiences.
When all is clouded with sorrow, confusion or pain, surrender your fear and remember the mantra; ‘What Is Meant For Me, Will Not Pass Me By’.
May your cup runneth over in all possible ways on all types of days.

Aries: March 21 - April 19
In a world of duality, everything and anything is expected, Aries. Happiness as we know, lies within, and the path to peace never comes from external places or faces. You will be guided by this knowledge in October, as you attempt to resolve past issues that intentionally still shape your mood to this day. Mercury stations direct on the 2nd, letting you relax a little. Occurring in the 6th house of resolution and health, this will be a great time for negotiating contracts and feeling forward movement within your career. You are very communicative and vocal about your needs and desires, proving that if someone isn’t doing anything to help you, then they just can’t be bothered or simply don’t care. You can be very successful with any type of court hearing, dispute or contract reversal now, as your mind is solely focused on getting the outcome you deserve. Business is productive and you’re willing to take on tasks more easily. Still anxieties or fears can come up in your body, displaying themselves in a physical way such as a migraine or rash. The special news of the month that truly impacts your happiness occurs when a Full Moon in your sign merges with Jupiter and Chiron on the 10th. Bringing great developments in your romantic relationships, you are set to place deeper meaning on surrendering, letting go and forgiving those who have hurt your heart. Chiron is magical here, because it turns your trauma and hurt into something solid, something that can be used to create with, to learn from. Aries that have been suffering from certain injustices or depression can use this intuitive lunation as a stepping stone, to greater understanding their trigger points and misalignments that stem from placing too much emphasis on other people. Opposing the Sun in Libra, it can also bring up some volatile emotions you hold of yourself - and you may be plunged into asking yourself some very real questions that display in a telling way, where your self-esteem and self-worth is at. This Full Moon does clear your path for a plethora of new beginnings, but it requires scathing self-honest reflection. Are you willing to put the integrity of your personal brand and reputation at the forefront of all that you do?
Mars makes a conjunction to the Sun on the 8th, helping you to establish yourself further in the workplace. On the 12th, your ruler Mars squares Neptune making you feel rambunctious and aggressive in your pursuit for money or popularity. You want to be heard, but it’s more of an instinct than a desire. Mars in Gemini is in the 3rd house, warming your relationships with siblings and family. You are outspoken and potentially provocative with your language, checking to see how someone reacts. Why this is all extremely significant is because Mars will station retrograde on the 30th of the month. Occurring once every two years, this transit represents sexuality, physicality and emotionality. We are more prone to outbursts and this can cause serious upheaval in our usually calm relations. Retrogrades can create illusions, and because this one lasts until January 12th next year, there will be hesitations around independence and our ‘approach’ both socially and romantically. Aries is forward to the point of embarrassment, but this can come back to bite - have you overstepped a boundary? If so, this may now develop further in an unsavoury way. On the 23rd, the Sun moves into Scorpio and your complex + frustrating 8th house of money, intimacy, caution. Scorpio is all about release, the unraveling of your emotions, affections and sentiments. Eclipse season begins with a Scorpio partial Solar Eclipse on the 25th, in the 8th house, bringing you to your knees. There is no way around the intenseness the 8th house will bring to Scorpio, and soul searching is just a requirement if you wish to pass this final test. If you’ve been a part of a toxic entanglement, this may be the cutting off cords between two people, finally. You are transforming your fears into something more productive, and you can work through drama about income, investments or debt in a more clear manner. This frequency will last for a good 6 weeks, be ready to hunker down on the psychological meaning behind everything. In the same merit, moving house, purchasing land, divorcing or marrying may appear more prominently than before. Mercury joins the complexities on the 30th, withdrawing your social nature from situations, so much so, that people notice something is amiss. Jupiter has been in your sign since May, activating luck and a higher dose of consciousness, it is set to exit out of your sign on the 28th and will signal a time of self-focus. Your time of Jupiter has brought on a deeper level of confidence that you can now use with great success. On the 30th, Mars stations retrograde, in your 3rd house of conversation and dialogue. Siblings, short travels, the mind and how you behave are all emphasised strongly until January 2023.
Dates to watch; 2nd, 8th, 9th, 17th, 20th, 23rd, 25th, 28th.
Taurus: April 20 - May 20
Be your own teacher by learning to be a better student, Taurus. October is an exceptional month with various alternatives depending on your mood and manners. The commotion begins on the 2nd, when Mercury stations direct in your romantic 5th house, making it much easier to make a promise and keep it. Self-expression is gentle, connecting you mentally or physically with a lover. There is an air of changeability however within you, and it may stir up feelings of a reconciliation or a desire to seperate, obviously it's different for the many Taureans across the world and will be truly personal to your situation. What’s evident is that you’re turning something over in your head, trying to get on top of large feelings. You’re looking for a second opinion before you embark on what feels like a serious commitment, but Mercury is an opinionated planet so you may get more than you bargained for. Experiences beyond your control come to overwhelm and challenge you and how you deal with it internally will have large impacts on your external behaviour. On the 11th, Mercury joins Sun and Venus in the 6th house prioritising physicality and wellbeing. Alternative methods to healing influence how you think and feel, it is possible to have a more even harmony in your daily life just by being more productive and organised. On the 10th, a Full Aries Moon challenges the Sun in Libra in your 12th house. This lunation merges with Jupiter and Chiron, asking you to lean into private moments. You will have an overwhelming desire to be alone, figuring out your work, your focus and direction forward. To put it simply, right now being with groups of people won’t make you feel whole. Memories of past romances or quarrels can also get a hold of you, forcing you to deal with subconscious problems. Like if you’re constantly coming up with issues of self-worth no matter who you’re dating, then it's a good chance it's you, not them. Sit with your experiences, don’t battle them, observe the interactions that leave you feeling fulfilled and the ones that leave you empty. As volatile as Aries Moon’s can be, this is a time for resolve and redemption - let yourself unravel in order to find the way back home.
The very important news to take on as an earth sign, is that from the 1st until the 13th, we have a tense square between Saturn in Aquarius and Uranus in Taurus. The ongoing chaos this transit has created since last year, reawakens once more. Cracks form around once solid unions and we see how ugly society can be to one another. When Saturn and Uranus connect, they deal with themes such as advanced technology, freedom, A1 innovation, thought vs. feeling and tradition vs. new age. You may feel a tremendous inner tension that leaves you acting out in a strange or unusual way, you may say or do something that is surprising, and you’ll have to explain your behaviour after once the consequences settle into your situation. Therefore, the first two weeks of the month can feel like some sort of final countdown, you want freedom and spontaneity and naturally that clashes with everyday structure and stability. On the 23rd, the Sun enters Scorpio and your romantic 7th house. A few hours later, your ruler, Libra, enters too. This is an incredibly devoted time, where you make serious compromises to make a partner smile. If you meet a new interest at this time, they will come from a good family or have a well known family name. Eclipse season begins with a Scorpio partial Solar Eclipse on the 25th, bringing up large emotions and purging romantic beliefs in your 7th house. You are rocked by change in your closest partnerships and it will affect how you view yourself. The 7th house poses as a crisis of individualism - can you be yourself with your partner? Anything that is unbalanced now will significantly feel worse - what is true and honest, will feel beautiful and pure. There will be no denying, no faking - you just can’t lie when you’re a mirror to someone else. On the 28th/29th Jupiter moves back into Pisces, growing your community and moving you to work well with others. This is an emphasised period of personal development, where you consider making amends with enemies. On the 30th, Mars stations retrograde, bringing security issues as well as financial struggle. It can feel extremely disorientating trying to get your ducks in order, so begin while you’re ahead and don’t hide information from spouses, lawyers or colleagues.
Dates to watch; 5th, 9th, 18th, 22nd, 25th, 27th, 30th.
Gemini: May 21 - June 20
Acknowledge your shortcomings but don’t let them define you, Gemini. Until the 22nd, the Libra Sun activates your 5th house of playful charm and romance, grabbing your attention to the softer things in life. The month brings immense changes that can alter your attitude for the better, allowing you to express how you really are, not what you imagine people want you to do/say/be. On the 2nd, Mercury stations direct in Virgo and your 4th house allowing you to move ahead with previous chaotic communication around a domestic situation that may have remained stagnant for some time. Conditions that are highlighted connect you with your bloodline far and wide, talk of old relatives gives you deeper insight into why parents/siblings or perhaps, even lovers - are the way they are. Mars is in your 1st house, really applying the pressure in your individual 1st house of self - although there is a sense of things getting done - you feel unusually calm and serene. Mars is assertive, aggressive even - therefore you can be really direct, no mincing words, recognising this type of energy really works for you. Everything about the way you look, how you speak, what you wear and the way you approach others will be scrutinised now, not by other people so much but by oneself. This is an amazing time for fitness, beauty and expansion through meditation, dance, song and art. To feel free from society's pressures will make you feel like a million dollars, so keep doing you. Mars will retrograde on the 30th, where it will stay until January 12th, 2023. The way this will affect you is through confidence and progress, if you keep dating the same old toxic people, you’ll come up against the same old self esteem issues. If you choose fake friends, it will feel like you’re fake too. Life is a mirror with the 1st house accentuated and in retrograde, choose smart.
During the first half of the month, the continuous Saturn- Uranus square that played out in 2021, creates discomfort again in our private lives. There is tension for Air and Earth signs as they walk a tightrope between collapse and creation. On the 10th, a Full Aries Moon rises in your 11th house, merging with Jupiter and Chiron. This lunation is accentuating the effectiveness of the relationships and friendships surrounding you. Aries Moon’s are awesome, full of fire - throwing away complacent feelings and letting us reveal ourselves, wholly. The Sun, Saturn and Mars make a Grand Trine at the time of this Full Moon, this is considered lucky when three planets are the same distance from one another. For you, feeling protected within your closest relationships is essential, you really want to know that people side with you - any time of the day or night. Often this can be selfishly driven - as Geminis are known to look for the maximum benefit in any union. Additional insight to what may unfold in a group scenario guides you toward making more conscious choices in all your relations. Mercury and Venus dance in your 5th house from the 11th, giving you a strong sense of humour for all the little hiccups that occur along the way. Speaking with work colleagues is therapeutic and you may be well on your way to crossing the ‘friendship’ line with them, where you begin to see each other on weekends. There is a very optimistic mood following you, as you lean into self-improvement and commitment to self-care. On the 23rd, Saturn ends its retrograde in Aquarius, restructuring your work. Intentional decisions are manifested, especially if you’ve been thinking of changing your career, company or position for some time. That same day, the Sun enters Scorpio unleashing a lot of impatience in your life and adding more admin to your plate. The 6th house is illuminated, sorting out issues you’ve managed to pick up from lack of time, poor routine or unhealthy food. Then the fated Eclipse season begins, with a Scorpio partial Solar Eclipse on the 25th, occurring in this very detailed 6th house of healing. You are asked to tend to your expectations, assumptions and accusations - do you hold yourself in the same regard you hold others? Why would you constantly put other people's happiness or peace before your own? This house of routine is defined by our personal obligations, duties and responsibilities - to our one and only forever home, our body. Scorpio can bring up concerns with digestion, diet and skin. Your workplace or home may be in desperate need of a spring clean. A radical haircut may make you feel brand new. This eclipse cycle is potent, life changing and very triggering - the essence of your life is being scrutinised. Sometimes there is no logical sense to why something is occurring, you just have to let it shape you - while you surrender and take care of yourself and your reactions.
Dates to watch; 10th, 17th, 19th, 22nd, 25th, 28th, 30th, 31st.
Cancer: June 21 - July 22
Wisdom is earned, Cancer. Until the 23rd, you have the Sun pulsating hard in your 4th house of family and home environment, allowing you to make erratic movements in order to feel more ‘adjusted’ or ‘comfortable’. You see, right now as much as it's about other people, it's really not - it is about you, connecting to your roots, going where you are wanted and feeling the radiance of peace and quiet. Many of you are captivated by issues surrounding a sister, mother or child. There is an intuitive sense of pain or pride, depending on how they’re operating within your personal dynamic. Allow yourself the time to explore this cycle, to grow within and alongside it, as it prepares you for a vital, animated breakthrough. On the 2nd, Mercury stations direct in Virgo and your 3rd house of communication. Your feeling gingery - energetic, there is so much you could burst out saying! Career features strongly, as you make corrections to shared work/collaborative projects. On the 11th, Mercury will merge with the Sun and Venus in your already unfolding 4th house, proving that attention and concentration on what is occurring at home, is really all that matters for now. Yet, with Mars in your 12th house all month spinning silently in your mind, it can feel very difficult to be straightforward - to say what needs to be said on an intimate level. You will have a hard time expressing anger and may let someone walk all over you, just because you feel too tired to react. On the 30th, Mars will retrograde in the sign of Gemini until January 12th, 2023. This is going to be a very emotional, strange three months for you, that will lead to some losses and some wins. You are a spiritual warrior, trying to uphold the values that feel right to you - at times sounding a little like a martyr.
On the 10th, a Full Aries Moon resonates with Jupiter and Chiron, in your 10th house of achievement and purpose. It’s time to put your best foot forward, regardless of what disruptive stuff is going on in your private life. There can be a lot riding on your reputation - your public image and persona. Your career and life path are affected by the fires of Aries, making you do something attention seeking or unlike yourself to gain admiration. Endings are likely, especially if you’ve been tossing and turning about a financial change. Reaching a milestone can bring greater social influence, and a new load of responsibility that seems great at first, but you tire off soon after. The Sun, Saturn and Mars make a Grand Trine at the time of this Full Moon which is considered lucky, when three planets are the same distance from one another. Mercury joins Venus and the Sun in your 4th house on the 11th bringing comforting news about a family member or a house sale. Conversations that you’ve been longing for finally take place and you may feel at peace with a situation that has been bothering you for some time. During the first half of the month, the continuous Saturn- Uranus square that played out in 2021, creates discomfort again in our private lives. There is tension for Air and Earth signs as they walk a tightrope between collapse and creation. For water signs such as yourself, this can be a period of illumination where you refuse to back down in love. You refuse to alter yourself to please other people and may come more into your own, understanding that the right people/persons will love you no matter what. Regardless, this transit has been disturbing your peace since 2021, thankfully we are at the end of its discord, as it fades out from now until December not to come back again in our timeline until 2043. On the 23rd, Saturn stations direct in Aquarius, awakening your consciousness. You may feel detached from your surroundings or relationships, remaining very precarious amidst the promises. On the same day, the Sun moves into Scorpio and your playful, spontaneous 5th house. Eclipse season begins on the 25th, with a Scorpio partial Solar Eclipse merging with the Sun in this emotional 5th house. This New Moon eclipse is wonderful for activities involving children, romance and spirituality. A period of rapid expansion is energising you on a cellular level and you’re ready to be more commanding, confident and clever in how you go about getting things you need. Addressing problems as they appear has really helped this side to mature, and you will not go backwards on what you’ve worked hard to cultivate. The 5th house is ruled by the Sun and can manifest as a unique injection of money, knowledge or drama - it depends on where you get your adrenaline from. You’ve got to move away from the familiar four walls, and feel the urges that come up, even if they’re a little frightening. Relationships may be tested, but if you're solid then there is nothing to worry about. Short term passion can feel wildly alluring or you may be entwined with someone from your past through a hobby or recreational vocation. On the 28th/29th Jupiter moves back into Pisces where it will stay until December. Jupiter is benefic and motivator for you when it comes to relaxation, leisure, amusement. In Pisces, the energy harmonises well with your sign reinforcing your talents, skills and motivations.
Dates to watch; 1st, 4th, 14th, 23rd, 25th, 26th, 29th.
Leo: July 23 - August 22
Changing your mental programming can be tough, Leo. Yet, anything is possible and this is made true with the Sun traversing through your 3rd house until the 23rd, shining a light on your responsibilities and curiosities. Plausible solutions come up with the 3rd house activated, meaning a number of problems you’ve recently encountered can now be solved. On the 2nd, Mercury stations direct in Virgo and your 2nd house of financial decisions. It seems obvious to everyone, including yourself, that you’re ready to move forward with commitments in your career. Monetary gains come faster at this time, with less hassle on your behalf. Your mind is very active with the 2nd and 3rd houses accentuated in the first 10 days, creating a nervous energy where you can’t sit still. Be weary of placing too much emphasis on frivolous activities, material gains will come a bit later in the piece. Nearing the end of the year, your outlook on life seems brighter, you seem more stable and personal efforts from mid-September are recognised by the person you want to be acknowledged by most. A very sweet Full Aries Moon rises in your 9th house, harmonising with Jupiter + Chiron on the 10th. A Full Moon often marks a time of surrender, transformation and suspenseful endings/beginnings - in Aries, a fire-sign sister, you gain experiences that seem fateful when travelling, far from home or with unique individuals (whom you’d usually dismiss). The Sun, Saturn and Mars make a Grand Trine at the time of this Full Moon, which is considered very lucky when three planets are the same distance from one another. There are layers added to your residency, citizenship or home base. It appears you have undertaken a spiritual journey to make more sense of your roots, background or family structure. Lean into the answers that arrive when perspective is shared with friends or lovers, this is how we learn.
During the first half of the month, the continuous Saturn- Uranus square that played out in 2021, creates discomfort again in our private lives. There is tension for Air and Earth signs as they walk a tightrope between collapse and creation. Learning about yourself through awkward challenges is hard, but it is also extremely useful and valuable. You have dropped the need to look externally for compliments, care and validation, instead choosing to focus a lot more on meaningful connections with people who are on the same trajectory. Appeasing others by trying what they’re doing just so you’re on the same level seems immature now, and you know that personal expansion comes from following your own path - your own set of rules. On the 23rd, Saturn station direct in Aquarius, strengthening the need to resolve issues that are restricting your freedom. Opportunities come up now where you can move on, forgive and let go completely, feeling a sense of resolution in romance or friendship. That same day, the Scorpio Sun moves into your 4th house of family dynamics. Instinctually you are always the one to help a stranger, older relative or child, many of you hate to see suffering of any kind and would often give the shirt on your own body to someone in need. There is a very selfless quality to Leo, regardless of how regal they seem to appear. Your closest friends and family love this quality about you, but with Scorpios sting now in this very private, very intimate 4th house, you may seem to be a doormat for a family member who has repeatedly used you for your goodness. The powerful Eclipse season begins with a Scorpio partial Solar Eclipse on the 25th, occurring of course in this 4th house of belonging. This New moon can attack your pride, your heritage and your position within the home. Carers, parents or your own children can act as the source of this hurt and pain, triggering you to fumble from your emotional centre. It will be intense and equally as stimulating, linking you to the famous words; You can choose your friends, not your family. The background forces (in this instance father and mother) that shaped your reality are brought to attention, are you just playing out the toxic story you witnessed growing up? How will it ever change if you, yourself don’t stand up to change it? Scorpio is illuminated through its darkness, it thrives in conditions of pain and anger - only to create something beautiful. Don’t devalue your family's story, but also don’t buy into the lies or half truths people try to tell you. It’s a very potent time for catharsis on a cellular level, let your foundation be one of peace - and if it can't be with certain people around, rid yourself of them. You don’t owe anyone that is constantly seeking validation. On the 28th/29th, Jupiter moves back into Pisces, bringing a light hearted reception. Mars stations retrograde in Gemini on the 30th, where it will transit until January next year. Moving through your 11th house of dreams, friends and enthusiasm, you feel encouraged to open up to a group. The retrograde will fuel expression that is bold and confident, almost like a 2.0 version that has stemmed from maturity and experience. Own it.
Dates to watch; 2nd, 7th, 12th, 20th, 23rd, 27th, 30th.
Virgo: August 23 - September 22
The heat picks up in your love life, Virgo. Although it’s dizzying + exciting, there is a part of you that prefers the quiet that comes from keeping your inner circle very small. This of course is not the case for all, and there are many who are partnered and in union going from strength to strength with serious commitments being made by the time the year draws to a close. It is a very active period for healing through acceptance and engagement. The Libra Sun traverses through your methodical 2nd house until the 23rd, accentuating your materialistic side. Spending money features heavily, and you may be buying big ticket items like cars, homes or plane tickets away with very little forward thought. This can be a very wobbly financial cycle, and yet the 2nd house doesn’t just deal with spending and saving. It also looks at the serious subject of self-esteem and how you value your own self-worth. Through this transit, a plethora of personal insecurities are triggered leaving you to contend with money fears and romantic tension. There can be friction felt in what is revealed through work or a colleague and you may play into fear based behaviours that you see showcased in media about the rising costs and prices of everyday life. The good news is that on the 2nd, Mercury stations direct in your sign, propelling you hard and fast into a path of transformative personal work. You are inspired to forgive, let go and surrender to the cosmic forces that place you in the right place at the right time. A chance encounter leaves you baffled but intrigued, and a friend or old co-worker can set you up on a date that proves to be positive. October in general is rather promising, you are reassured and alert by the happenings occurring around you. From the 11th, Mercury merges with the Sun and Venus in this 2nd house, boosting your earning power.
All month Mars plays alongside the 2nd house; as it traverses through your 10th house of ambition and drive. You are competitive and overworked, pleased by the direction in which your company, colleagues or collaboration is going on. There have been multiple conversations about your influence within a project and you continue to implement far out suggestions that arouse and provoke. You have a special kind of knack for brand marketing, public relations, promotions and/or digital design. Training others or upskilling yourself are themes that are abundant in these weeks ahead, be grateful you are in such high demand. Mars will station retrograde in Gemini, a sign that gels well with yours, and transit there until January 2023. On the 10th, a Full Aries Moon rises in your mystical 8th house, trying to make sense of burdens placed upon you. The 8th house is wildly complex, it's not afraid of re-imagining what life would look like without that person, that relationship, that career. It’s an intuitive, fiery, feeling driven lunation, and you’ll have strong opinions on money and intimacy. The things that come to fruition now have been long held visions of yours. If you’re married, your partner and you may get a substantial tax back. Together, you call upon your inner resources and bask in the fullness of giving and receiving. The Sun, Saturn and Mars make a Grand Trine at the time of this Full Moon, which is considered lucky and transformative. During the first half of the month, the continuous Saturn- Uranus square that played out in 2021, creates discomfort again in our private lives. There is tension for Air and Earth signs as they walk a tightrope between collapse and creation. Confronting deep seated commitment issues will help you look at parts of yourself that you’ve repressed. Fear around intimacy, sex or romance will be scrutinised, harshly - by your own self in an honest and explorative way. On the 23rd, Scorpio season with the Sun moving into your 3rd house. Relationships with siblings or your own children are highlighted with the 3rd house, guiding you toward shared interests so that more quality time can be spent. Powerful Eclipse season begins with a Scorpio partial Solar Eclipse on the 25th, occurring in this same 3rd house making you hyper aware of a personal journey you must embark on that cultivates a deeper emotional intelligence. Scorpio is all or nothing, it doesn’t hide from its obscure inclinations, and it's pushing you to do the same. Learning, collaborating, conversing, teaching others is a wonderful way to approach this Scorpio New Moon eclipse, and the way you perceive information or the way in which you receive it, will be changed by the effects of this lunation. On the 28th/29th, Jupiter moves back into Pisces indulging you to dream and imagine more of what you want for in 2023.
Dates to watch; 1st, 7th, 9th, 10th, 22nd, 25th, 28th.
Libra: September 23 - October 22
Happy birthday lucky Libra, what a month ahead you have in store. The Sun in your sign travels through your 1st house of persona, image and self-expression until the 23rd, activating a time of influence and grand impression. The month starts off with Mercury stationing direct in Virgo on the 2nd, in your 12th house of privacy and quiet. Creative mentoring and personal projects take a back seat for now, as you prefer to retreat alone or race home and be with family. The usual fuss around social gatherings and parties doesn’t excite you or propel you forward. Life just makes more sense lately when its earth, tactile and comforting. During the first half of the month, the continuous Saturn-Uranus square that played out in 2021, creates discomfort again in our private lives. Cracks in society seem obvious, with people seeking freedom over restriction, asking questions that were previously not allowed. There is tension for Air and Earth signs as they walk a tightrope between collapse and creation. For you personally, this can feel like an initiation toward greater independence, something you’ve been working hard to acquire for a long time. If you’ve been struggling to find a partner and settle down, and it’s important to you to actualise this dream, then the cosmic disruption that this transit signifies is that it’s never too late, to love once more, to try once more. This peak will occur now through to December, where it gradually tapers off and will not be exact again until the year 2043. You’re weary even though the energy around you is positive and full of alternative routes, because a friend or lover may have crossed a boundary and hurt your heart. There is grace in forgiveness, but you may not be ready to face that just yet. Pluto stations direct on the 8th and you release false control. Since late April, the planet of rebirth and death has been illuminating all those dark secrets we like to keep wrapped up. On the 10th, a Full Aries Moon opposes the Sun in your sign, in your house of love and unity. The Sun, Saturn and Mars make a Grand Trine at the time of this Full Moon, which is highly favourable and lucky. The significance of this lunation is felt in its fire, passion and focus, when you know what you want, there is no stopping you! In your life there is a rightful place for love, it is your main driving force, if you’ve felt off kilter balance wise with a partner, now is the time to shift back into the present day and give them your devoted attention.
Mercury moves into your sign from the 11th, merging with Venus in your 1st house. You are sharp and well spoken, picking up on observations with colleagues, friends and lovers. Something may stand out in a very glaringly obvious way now and it will need to be addressed and elaborated. Finding freedom through a conscious, equal partnership is very important to you - and during your birthday season, you will begin to see more clearly what's been holding you back (if you are single) or what fears have been taking your attention away (if you are in a relationship, but not committed). These sudden downloads from a specific argument, conversation or debate are pushing you to see things that have been rather hazy to you before - and the 10th-17th in particular can feel like a potent time of endings and beginnings. On the 23rd, Saturn stations direct in Aquarius. It reminds us that it’s not too late to go back to the original wound, and wash it clean. Aquarius is the freedom fighter, so from this date onwards you’ll begin to feel a lot more objective to the various truths you’re hearing. The sacred and powerful Eclipse season begins with a Scorpio partial Solar Eclipse on the 25th, in your 2nd house of financial decisions, inviting countless new beginnings within your career or money making agenda. Merging with the Sun, a solar eclipse is essentially like a cosmic push to make the necessary financial changes required. Sharing is applied, as if asking for what you are owed. The material realities of your life are accentuated, you may need more money because rent is raised, you may need new shoes for a conference or wedding. Everything adds up and its extremely frustrating to feel like you’re always lagging behind. Symbolically, the 2nd house is also about self-worth - and how we reward ourselves through gifts, time out and self-talk. There’s a lot of adrenaline swirling from an exciting pay out, bonus or reward. This is all the most hard hitting as the eclipse axis of Taurus/Scorpio (which we’re currently in) rules over the 2nd/8th houses. There will be drama no doubt about it, but through it a special alchemy will unfold. On the 28th/29th Jupiter moves back into Pisces, managing your expectations with a high level of fantasy is likely. Your attitude toward possessions and obsession bonds you with a long time friend, as you address patterns of abuse and get to know one another better as well as yourself.
Dates to watch; 1st, 10th, 12th, 22nd, 26th, 29th.
Scorpio: October 23 - November 21
When you have the right intentions, everything is simple, Scorpio. October can feel strangely confrontational but you’re ready to get a few things off your chest. After all, with your impending solar eclipse, you are the (wo)man of the hour, however you place it. The month starts with Mercury stationing direct in Virgo on the 2nd, helping you to regain consciousness in business and any financial instability you may have been facing. You’ve ascertained what works and what doesn’t and now you’re determined to give new life to a career path, project/collaboration. New knowledge or information has been discovered by a business partner or senior figure that has established how you can move forward. Until the 23rd however, you naturally retreat, hiding behind your home or significant other so that they can make things better. It’s often like this before the uproar of the birthday season, you choose to reflect on the year you’ve had and the lessons that have been dealt. Instinctively, your energy levels show this too, perhaps making you sick with a cold or flu at this time. Your body as well as your mind is asking for a time out, give yourself the gift of self-care. October is a magical, mystical journey; what unfolds comes from what you’ve pioneered. You battle between self-centredness and unity, desiring to draw together groups of people, while remaining the ‘only one’ in the eyes of others. I say tread lightly, because the first half of the month can be awkward and uneasy, as the continuous Saturn-Uranus square that played out in 2021, creates discomfort again in our private lives. There is tension for Air and Earth signs as they walk a tightrope between collapse and creation. For water signs such as yourself, there can be issues with identity and purpose. Who are you when you are alone? Can you approach yourself with the same responsiveness as you do friends/family/lovers? These times are not for the faint hearted, and you particularly are being called to rise up, even on the most difficult days. On the 10th, a Full Aries Moon merges with Jupiter and Chiron, in your dynamic 6th house of work vs. health - prioritising time for self-love as something scares you momentarily in your visceral / mental body. Aries intensity pushes you to voice opinions and activate something on a physical level. The Sun, Saturn and Mars make a Grand Trine at the time of this Full Moon, which is considered lucky occurring when three planets are the same distance from one another. The 6th house is about interpersonal development too, so if you’ve felt neglected by an individual in your life now would be the time for all of these emotions to surface. A health problem may alienate you, alternatively if you’ve been trying to break a habit like smoking or drinking, this lunation can give you the enthusiasm to really do it!
Mercury joins the Sun and Venus in your 12th house the next day, sympathising with the frequency going on in your 6th house, putting yourself first and letting everything else just slide down the ‘to-do’ list for now. All month Mars develops strategies in your 8th house of complex couples issues, leading you to be a little too aggressive. The 8th house is deliberate yet mysterious, it has to do with transformation via the birth-death-rebirth cycle - naturally sex and intimacy spill over into everyday life, giving us much to ponder on. On the 30th, Mars begins its retrograde, where it will stay until January 12th 2023. Mars is your co-ruler which means that energy levels over the next 10 weeks may feel low and lethargic. You’re frustrated by a partner's unwillingness to share, both spiritually and financially. It’s imperative for you to feel like a ‘whole’ when in union with another person, but this can and will be complicated now as the other person requires a greater deal of freedom and independence. You may be judged for being ‘intense’ or ‘too much’ in the eyes of another, and these inner triggers can dominate how you feel about yourself. You are loveable, deeply so - refocus on the common goal and learn from this cycle to better manage your base level of emotion. Time is precious and this becomes increasingly evident on the 23rd, when the Sun slides into your sign blessing you with another year of wisdom and joy. The same day, Saturn stations direct in Aquarius raising the bar and the frequency. You’re exploring what makes you angry, uncertain or confused and the generalisation of Aquarius friendly sweep means that just about anything is magnified and scrutinised. You want to know - why - why does this fit into that and why does this make sense and that does not. It’s zany but you’re being reorientated to process the recent events that have taken place in your heart. The spectacular news of the month is the New Moon Solar Eclipse in your 1st house on the 25th. Your very own ‘dark night of the soul’ which contemplates with great seriousness one's own maturity, growth, potential, dreams, desires and inspirations. You are reminded that nothing is permanent in this world, not your worries or your wins. There is a strong sense of self being accentuated by this transit, and you have a desire to stand up and say ‘I AM’, to be seen and heard. Your old life fades from memory as the formations of a version 2.0 come into view. Scorpio is self-recognition of the deep, dark parts of yourself that are essential to being a whole, unique person - emphasise your uniqueness through your ambitions and appearance. Making the necessary changes to your love or family life can be very scary, especially if you’ve learned to live with an unsatisfying situation just to keep the status quo. But this injection of adrenaline makes you leap far and wide. On the 28th/29th, Jupiter moves back into Pisces after its foray through Aries. This brief stint back into a water sign will harmonise well for you, as you carve out your territory with a lover. The hardest thing is facing yourself, the most rewarding is also that.
Dates to watch; 1st, 4th, 8th, 18th, 22nd, 26th, 31st.
Sagittarius: November 22 - December 21
Life is renewed with optimism this month, Sagittarius. Step back into your power and own it by traversing forward, not shrinking back to appease others. Until the 23rd of the month, the Sun moves around your 11th house dreaming up big plans you want to see come to fruition. One person in your group or community may have inspired you to look at a situation with compromise instead of vengeance, and its doing wonders for your spirit. On the 2nd, Mercury stations direct in Virgo pointing the energy toward your 10th house of ambition and professional outlook. You are in major talks for a large development to take place in your career, and the focus is on your social standing within your workplace. If you have been honest, kept your word and delivered what you said you would, then money should be flowing in right now. There is an increase in public relations through the 10th house, so you may be expected to front for your company/place of work, and be the face or voice of acknowledgement. A mother or father may give you dating advice or an opinion on a partner that you do not want to hear, it can bring you back to feeling adolescent where your choices need to be approved. A very heart-strong lunation appears on the 10th, in sister - fire sign Aries. Opposing the Libra Sun, your sweet and tender 5th house will be accentuated, as the Full Moon merges with Jupiter and Chiron, blessing you with forgiveness. It can be painful to encounter obstacles and limitations in your love life that you thought you’d transcended, but the thing is, we all come up with constant struggles to show us how far we’ve come and what we’ve learnt in the process. Unconventional people may interest you or anyone that seems to be ‘progressive’ with their thoughts, ideas and actions.
On the 22nd, Saturn stations direct in Aquarius, sharing information through a friend or colleague that you’ve been dying to find out. Saturn in Aquarius has been a time of great pressure for the collective, especially in terms of technology, authority and personal responsibility. You are very goal-oriented at this time and approach life with deep concentration and accountability. On the 23rd, the Sun enters Scorpio, the sign before yours, promoting reflection and surrender. In your 12th house, the next 6 weeks will predominantly feel like a time of review, where your heart seeks privacy to turn over many concerns you hold in love or romance. A powerful New Moon Eclipse occurs a few days later, on the 25th, in this same spiritual 12th house, encouraging the natural ending of a cycle. Dreams unravel in real life, and you may go to bed asking your conscious a question that when you wake is answered through a conversation with a friend or through the pages of a book. Therapy can act as a retreat, somewhere to recuperate with your own thoughts. The year has been busy and you’ve suppressed much of what you’ve felt in order to get along with other people or just the situation ongoing at home. Because the 12th house unveils everything that has been stuck or hidden, it's very likely that because of this eclipse, you go through a series of sudden changes in habits or lifestyle that prompt you to keep uncovering what has been shielded from you. On the 28th/29th, Jupiter, your ruler moves back into Pisces where it was in late 2021 and early 2022. Jupiter is your lucky charm, allowing you to be tolerant and expansive. In Pisces, you remain carefree and wildly optimistic, realising that every time you thought something was a terrible ending, it was actually a beautiful beginning. On the 30th, Mars turns retrograde until January 2023, revolving problems in your closest relationships. In your 7th house, childlike enthusiasm takes over for career, friendship and honest interaction. It’s a very personalised month where you seek to soothe and heal your own complexities before looking externally and assuming it’s always ‘another’.
Dates to watch; 2nd, 12th, 20th, 23rd, 27th, 29th.
Capricorn: December 22 - January 19
Do something spontaneous, Capricorn. You are in a deeply healing cycle that is empowering you to make better future choices, more aligned to your course today. Drastic changes feel as if they’re being thrown at you, and you’ve managed to duck and weave through a few - but at this point in time, there’s no more escape cards to draw. You must face the opportunities that knock on your door, even if they scare the shit out of you due to their permanence and commitment required. October spotlights the 10th house until the 23rd, fulfilling your desires for movement within your career. On the 2nd, Mercury stations direct in Virgo, giving a green tick for contracts and business agreements to go ahead. Professionally there’s a confidence that may come across as arrogance that is looming over a project/deadline. There is no one more capable than you, that much is true, but a softer approach will truly help you cross the finish line in relationship-oriented Libra season. In love, greater support is required for a partner or significant other, and this will cultivate more truths shared between the two of you. Regardless of how personal it may seem for someone to ask this of you, it must be understood that this transparency is valued and necessary for true romance to blossom. During the first half of the month, the continuous Saturn-Uranus square that played out in 2021, creates discomfort again in our private lives. There is tension for Air and Earth signs as they walk a tightrope between collapse and creation. Wounds, triggers and past regrets are awakened for you, and the best thing you can do is accept that some hurts cut too deep to ever leave us. Accept that some things are our catharsis - be inspired to forgive, move on and let go completely, as this transit tapers off now and won’t be back in our realities until 2043. On the 10th, a Full Aries Moon rises in your 4th house of family, merging with Jupiter + Chiron, strengthening the fire element. There’s a lot of energy circulating around the place (or people) you call your ‘own’. The four walls you reside in are being upgraded, renovated or moved away from. Chiron is a wonderful portal for bringing families closer together, as it reminds us that we are all vulnerable and scared, all just doing our best with the ‘know how’ we ourselves have experienced. The Sun, Saturn and Mars make a Grand Trine at the time of this Full Moon, which is considered lucky and fruitful. Your output is being scrutinised within the family unit however, so a call for better balance may be required in hopes of not overextending yourself at work and coming home empty.
All month Mars moves through your 6th house of daily activity, highlighting that health is the most number #1 thing. Looking for advice outside of yourself may cause more harm and stress now - you know your body best. The 6th house holds a powerful placement in your chart for healing and combines very well with the 10th house vibrations coming from the Sun in these first 3 weeks. Your work environment can get a makeover, or you may be in search of a new image/style. There is an overall enthusiasm and motivation to feel better and look better, but be weary of the 30th, when Mars stations retrograde in Gemini, where it will stay until January 2023. The productivity you’ve long been feeling may drop off now, with Mars resurfacing some old anxieties or defences. It’s a wonderful time to examine how assertive you are with your health and how much you backtrack when spending time with particular people. It’s a huge learning curve, better taken in your stride, so that you can learn more about what makes you tick, and when you feel at peak performance. If things are screwed up between you and an individual, it may actually be their inability to confront issues - not yours. Be weary of what outsiders have to say on the matter, they don’t know half of it. On the 23rd, Saturn follows Pluto and station direct, emphasising more drive and courage when it comes to friends and family. You may feel more intuitive, more in step with your own happiness and from this various musings come to your mind and you can discuss deep questions with those around you. Many of you have just been on autopilot these last few months, dodging one thing after another, finally in September or now coming up against something you must face squarely. Money matters and practical every-day affairs can improve at this time, and you finally feel like you’re free from serious obligations. On the same day, the Sun moves into Scorpio intensifying your 11th house of friendship. The Solar Eclipse follows soon after on the 25th - which is powerful and cathartic in its own right. The 11th house is rather fortunate and can mean that other people from all areas of your life come out to wish you well. There is a change in your social life that is felt quite deeply, almost rather emotional. You may be departing from a business connection, so there can be sorrow, like the closing of a chapter. Scorpio is overwhelming for you, but promises spiritual renewal - so meeting new minds is likely, as well as someone making a very defining impression on you. On the 28th/29th, Jupiter moves back into Pisces prompting you to dream more and make sense less.
Dates to watch; 1st, 11th, 15th, 20th, 22nd, 26th, 27th, 29th.
Aquarius: January 20 - February 18
The bottom line is that right now, there’s no time for just the ‘potential’ of what could be, Aquarius. You must see clearly what someone can offer now, not next year, as that hope and wish you long held may never arrive. October is for making tracks, and you are making plenty in the next few weeks and months ahead. The first two weeks of the month feel very poignant and personal to you, as Saturn in Aquarius and Uranus in Taurus play out one more time. Since early 2021 you have had an ongoing battle in your mind, do you choose freedom as you always have - OR - do you succumb to a commitment that could change the shape of your life entirely? It’s often thought that to be the best version of ourselves, we must work alone. Esther Perel challenges that statement, saying we grow and mature through our relationships - they are the key to self-transformation and knowing. This transit makes tension for Air and Earth signs as they walk a tightrope between collapse and creation. Thankfully, from now until December, this transit will come to an end, not engaging with our cosmic realities until 2043. On the 2nd, Mercury in Virgo stations direct in your 8th house, deepening a developing romance. On the 11th, Mercury meets Venus and the Sun in your 9th house directing your mind to bigger complexities. Future visions and ideas propel from this cycle, and in a group of friends, an issue that’s been brewing for some time may finally leak out into the open. You may be motivated to reach out to an old love or romantic conquest. All month dynamic Mars traverses through your 5th house of fertility and flirtation. You’re energised by other people and even those of you that are very introverted get a kick out of being around groups of people. Positivity radiates from you as you feel enthusiasm for work, creativity in money solutions and a desire in love that disrupts that ‘everyday’ monotony.
On the 10th, a Full Aries Moon rises in your 3rd house, associated with important errands, fulfilling hobbies and better communication skills, there’s much going on behind the scenes. You’re encouraged to stay fully present, so you can address a recurring problem at work. There is a juxtaposition going on between what you’re thinking and what you’re willing to say - the logical mind has helped you, but with all the transits playing out simultaneously it might be better to cooperate with your heart for now. The Sun, Saturn and Mars make a Grand Trine at the time of this Full Moon, which is considered lucky. Motives may not be exactly pure at this time, but you have enough fourth sight to see through any games and illusions. People who are scattered with their time and attention annoy you, so take advantage of the like-minded individuals with whom you seem to connect with. On the 23rd, Saturn in your sign, stations direct wiping its hands clean from a journey into disillusionment. It may have been very hard to uphold personal boundaries these last couple of months, yet an intuitive voice within you has always guided you saying, just keep it together once more. Karma moves faster now as does fated meetings, emotionally you’re free from hiccups that keep occurring within your family dynamics. Some of you may use this opportunity to move away from your home, state or country and start afresh. The same day, the Sun moves into Scorpio and your academic, fulfilling 10th house. You’re drawn to refining your reputation, especially if you’re after a new role. People of higher standing may be looking at your competency. Sharing information can add speculation to issues, be careful of using a social media platform to offer your perspective. On the 25th, a New Moon Solar Eclipse engages this 10th house, gifting you with profound alternatives in project direction, career and collaborative practices. There is a lot of intensity surrounding what you do to make money, people are keen to scrutinise the truth of your ‘lifestyle’. This eclipse also brings up anxieties around feeling ‘safe’ in love, which to you can ultimately feel ‘boring’. Scorpio will trigger shadow side thoughts, where you need to assess why you continue to self-sabotage a happy and calm environment for one of chaos and fleeting excitement. On the 28th/29th Jupiter moves back into Pisces making you a little impatient with social dilemmas that pop up around one particular friend. You’re done with the niceties and may now walk away from their addiction issues or consuming ‘all about me’ behaviour. On the 30th, Mars stations retrograde in Gemini, blowing open your relationship experiences. In the 5th house, there can be a downside to spending too much time with a partner's family or their kids. You are consumed by the problems of others or perhaps disappointed that life hasn’t manoeuvred in one particular direction. The 5th house is deeply interactive, speak and listen - there is increased insight from family, children of your own or elders in the community. Trust yourself and honour the unconventional changes this retrograde may bring, well into 2023.
Dates to watch; 4th, 10th, 16th, 18th, 25th, 28th, 31st.
Pisces: February 19 - March 20
If someone is playing games with you, keep a sense of humour about it - maybe it’s not so sinister as to why they’re doing what they’re doing, Pisces. For the rest of the year, it will be imperative you focus on the future, instead of going back and forth on past issues, romances and memories. There is no time like the present, and you’ve got a lot on your plate. On the 2nd, Mercury stations direct in Virgo, and you’d love to hear the news you’ve been waiting on, but it seems you’ll be waiting well into November for things to crystallise in your 9th house of expansion, knowledge and new information. Practical affairs take up your time before then however, and there is a lot of planning to be done in association with a house, domestic arrangement or child. On the 11th, Mercury merges with the Sun and Venus in your complex 8th house and its obvious there is so much boiling over in your head. Intuitions about people you meet turn out to be correct, and someone close to you may find it amusing that you’re holding onto a vendetta for another individual who has wronged you. One thing about Pisces is that, no matter how much time passes, they do not forget and they do intend to get you back in some way, somehow. The 8th house is surreal, it deals with the hidden aspects of life we may not necessarily see but definitely feel. A lover’s awkward embrace, the slightly differing tone in a colleagues voice or the irregularities in a friendship circle. It’s a very intuitive time, but be careful not to lean too much into ‘I told you so’ energy. During the first half of the month, the continuous Saturn- Uranus square that played out in 2021, creates discomfort again in our private lives. There is tension for Air and Earth signs as they walk a tightrope between collapse and creation. For water signs such as yourself, the significant changes can be felt in your drive for creation. You are challenged by harsh environments and even harsher people who do not see eye to eye with you - there can be discord and conflict with business partners or your audience. Thankfully, for now until December, this transit lessons, before it finalises and doesn’t come back into our cosmic realm until 2043.
On the 10th, a Full Aries Moon rises in your financial 2nd house. A large injection of cash comes through around the auspicious dates of the 11th-15th, as long as you continue to explore (and withstand the pressure) that is felt within hobbies, projects and collaborative performances. Chiron and Jupiter merge with Aries here, promising a lot of surrender and acceptance to what is and what cannot be adjusted - you learn to find power through your values, skills and previous set of cash related lessons. Let’s face it, since 2020 there have been MANY. As Marianne Williamson says ‘Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure’. Your gifts frighten you, bringing about a plethora of consequences where you do not value your time and expertise. Aries is too bright - too warm hearted to let these feelings stay swept under the carpet, trampled all over by ungrateful folk who use and abuse your competency. This lunation will pull you out to the front of the stage, where you belong, so you can finally hear the clapping of an audience that is actually all for you. The Sun, Saturn and Mars make a Grand Trine at the time of this Full Moon, considered wildly lucky, its your turn to show off credentials and capabilities. Obsessions, romantic ramifications and the metaphysical are all powerfully accentuated throughout October. You are seeking higher meaning, wishing to apply it to the pain or trauma you feel every now and then when you relieve family dynamics. There is a toxic trait to someone who stands above you, pouring their authority into everything you touch. Use this portal wisely, construct a future where you cut out this blatant negativity. In the early stages of the upcoming eclipse energy, all of this is possible - and more. On the 23rd, Saturn stations direct in Aquarius, drawing you toward new learning experiences, almost setting your goals in the trajectory of a fresh and exciting cycle. Scorpio season begins on the 23rd, in your philosophical 9th house, again embracing the themes of sharing, learning, teaching and exploring. All month, Mars activates your growing 4th house of domestic life. There is abundance forming in your home as you enter a personal chapter of great comfort and understanding. Many of you come into closer contact with relatives, whether that be good or bad is completely dependent on your own personal stories. Anxieties can resurface as relationships are broken wide open by the sternness of Scorpio. On the 30th, when Mars begins its retrograde, where it will stay until early January 2023, there is a chance for repair and renewal. Family related arguments or breakthroughs resurface now, stimulating your desire not to play into or play out the same old storyline. Hold yourself accountable as much as you know how, the mistakes of mothers/father, sisters/brothers are not yours to wallow in and play victim. A New Moon Eclipse in Scorpio arrives on the 25th, merging with the Sun in this particular 9th house of spiritual growth. What more can I say other than, you will feel the full effects of this poignant time, as if your own life is a movie, and you sit above in some far off place, watching what unfolds and what is done to you. Don’t be premature here, it will be important you understand all of the factors and the motives the players in your game have, before you act. The 9th house is subtle, but it is not stupid - it expands its search by assessing all behaviours. If someone is trying to pull the wool over your eyes, or has been for some time, all will be revealed in the dark waters of Scorpio. At the time it can feel catastrophic, but with space - with weeks gone by, you will begin to see this as a road to more authentic self expression. When one door closes, another opens, this couldn’t be more true for you right now. On the 28th/29th Jupiter moves back into Pisces, which is very enjoyable news for you. Until December, this will add so much more abundance and prosperity to your above situation (eclipse) which may have left you feeling bewildered or constricted. Jupiter is the most benefic of all, using his charms of wisdom and control, get back on the horse and push forward to a happier horizon.
