MAY MONTHLY HOROSCOPES

May is a very profound month, with many transit’s occurring and exercising the notion of ‘divine timing’. We are being taken from one point to another, and what is planned may not necessarily reflect what occurs. That is the message for this month. The universe is helping us jump into emerging situations, feet first. Pluto is already retrograde in the sign of Capricorn (April 28th), bringing conflicting priorities. There is great potential within the next 5 months. For now, Mercury is the first to change signs, merging into Gemini on the 4th. It’s followed by Venus on the 9th. A New Moon in Taurus appears on the 11th, harmonising with the Sun in Taurus as well as Uranus, triggering opulence and the desire to ‘have it all’. This trio is syncing up quite nicely and everything tangible feels most sentimental. We may feel attracted to money, status, art and beauty. But, in the same breath we’re not overly ‘materialistic’, instead we may wear our heart on our sleeve, trying very hard to get our message across as plain & simple as possible. We want all parties to know what’s going on, to comprehend our journey from A to B. Lilith is in Taurus too making a conjunction with Neptune in Pisces - dominating and influencing these karmic times - imposing on us how we deal with the situation we’re in. Venus (ruler of Taurus) and Mercury are in Gemini, this cultivates a certain type of ‘mood’. As Venus is under the rulership of Mercury in this transit there is very much an intellectual flavour to how and who and why we love.

We are at the beginning stages of a wildly unique and socially advanced moment in time - that is what Aquarius in Jupiter (since late Dec 2020) has been all about. In ancient mythology, Jupiter reigned supreme over the other God’s and was associated with thunder, storms and the sky. In modern Astrology, Jupiter is the ruler of the 9th house of travel, learning and higher purpose. He is the guardian angel to Sagittarius but the traditional ruler of Pisces. Jupiter changes signs from Aquarius to Pisces on the 13th/14th, enticing feelings of restlessness. Life can feel scattered but generally more hopeful, magical even. However, it pivots back into Aquarius on the 28th of July - while Jupiter is in retrograde motion. It’s pretty evident to all eyes, that something substantial is going on beneath the surface. Slowly, ever so slowly, life is moving, in flux, toward the path of least resistance. The MUTABLE signs - Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces will remain under Jupiter’s constant influence until late this year. Because of this, Jupiters month long transit into Pisces is prosperous, enticing and actually quite ideal.

The Sun is still in Taurus for the first few weeks, but will eventually (May 21st) move into the dual sign of Gemini. For the rest of the year, we do not have one retrograde free day !! Madness. Saturn will be the next to station retrograde on May 23rd in the sign of Aquarius, coming out of its sleepy burrow on October 11th. Consolidations are in order, as we take a step back from all the action that’s been taking place in the field of revolutionary Aquarius. Saturn solves problems, so when he goes to ‘rest’, we may withdraw. Introspection is never Saturn’s strong suit, but in the sign of Aquarius - it’s much more honest with itself. In a much more real way. Neptune is already in Pisces keeping the vibes devoted, abundant and empowering. It’s time for each of us to be our own leaders! There is confidence in movement, as we ascend to a new level. Having two spectacular planets in the deep water of Pisces, our perceptions will be entirely skewed and somewhat nonsensical. Mars in Cancer is trine Neptune, so we’re severely sensitive, just about anything can tick us off - especially if you have Sun, Moon or Rising water in your chart. Life may feel like a fantasy, we buy into what we’re being shown - in time the reality is revealed. And, it could look drastically different once the rose coloured glasses slip off. Eclipse season begins on the 27th with a Lunar Eclipse in fiery Sagittarius (the optimist), building stronger foundations for the future. This is the first eclipse of the year, and the Sun, North Node and Venus (in Gemini) will be opposing this Moon. Saturn in Aquarius is making a trine to all the Gemini planets, so one can imagine just how much gossiping, conversation and confrontation will be occurring around these dates. Watch your words!

Finally, the month ends on the 30th, with Mercury retrograde in the sign of Gemini, ending June 23rd. But of course, there are PRE shadow and POST shadow periods to take into consideration. Two weeks before, and two weeks after - Mercury is waking up and then slowing down. In these weeks we can second guess, and question everything. However, Mercury LOVES being at home in Gemini, its natural ruler ship. Therefore, this 3-week transit can feel ‘somewhat’ calmer/lighter than usual. But, then again don’t be tricked by its suaveness. Mercury jumps from one subject to another, in Gemini even more so. We are flippant, distracted and nervous. The pro’s to this transit is that we are naturally more dual in nature, more jovial, much more personable - we can talk smack and sound professional. We can drag it over the line, just in time. This retrograde is going to be one of the most intense of the year - be prepared to rebuild. The path least travelled always appeals to Gemini, so expect the unexpected! Dig deep. Our relationship with self is mirrored in our relationship with other people. We are all responsible over the state of our own hearts. Choose love, Not fear. As you step further into the matrix, do so with purpose.

A house must be built on solid foundations if it is to last. The same principle applies to man, otherwise he too will sink back into the soft ground and becomes swallowed up by the world of illusion.” - Sai Baba

Be well, watch the petals unfold and sustain yourself / and others in harmony.

All my love,

Aries: March 21 - April 19

This month holds quirky potential, Aries. Change and surprise is around every cover, as you desire to explore and cut loose from restriction. The universe is here to match your handiwork however, that’s a heads up, not a warning. It starts with Mercury in Gemini moving through your 3rd house, the house Gemini naturally rules in Astrology. This transit will intensify all things that come under the 3rd house - so think media, sales, travel, communication, mental prowess. Information overload in every day situations can occur however, as people from your community distract you. The mood Gemini sets early on in the month is inquisitive, and a way to handle stress will be to ‘open up’. On the 9th, Venus follows suit and joins this 3rd too, strengthening it’s position in your world. Love will be of interest to you, as potential companions pop up out of nowhere. You are more attracted to verbal charm and overall cheerfulness, and you especially do not want to be around people who bring the mood down. A New Moon in Taurus brings business and increase in cash flow from the 11th. Something can develop with a certain friend or colleague.

On the 20th, the Sun leaves Taurus for Gemini, embracing more wit and diplomacy. The big focus will revolve around the Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius on the 26th/27th occurring in your 9th house of personal philosophy, travel and faith. You may experience an emotional imbalance that causes you great discomfort in this time, as a Lunar Eclipse unveils something that has been ‘hidden’. You may take an unusual route in an intimate relationship or another way the 9th house can manifest in real life is gaining a very surprising, sudden opportunity in business that can push you to a higher status but needs to be taken immediately. You will see this scenario had to take place, for you to surrender and grow through it. The dreaded Mercury Retrograde is back, on the 30th in Gemini until late June, confusing your decisions. Affecting your 3rd house of general communication, you will notice delays everywhere. Rethinking or solving as a problem features heavily, and one can’t help but see everything going on as a dress rehearsal for something much larger.

Dates to watch out for; 3rd, 13th, 26th, 28th, 30th.

Taurus: April 20 - May 20

Happy Birthday darling Taurus, the most sensual and stubborn of them all. It’s your month to build, settle and develop - devote yourself to the life you’ve chosen to live and feel inspired. Over the birthday month, personal power is strong, as is motivation. Opportunities start to emerge as the days climb closer to the New Moon in your sign on the 11th. First however, Mercury will transit through your 2nd house of finances from the 4th, increasing income for some, and aligning you with spending/saving issues you’re yet to address. In Gemini, Mercury is extra encouraging, because it is at home here. You will be fully engaged in projects, personal interests, career endeavours and collaborations. The New Moon in your sign draws you into its spell on the 11th, occurring in your 1st house of self and personality. Merging with Uranus in your sign and making a sextile to Mars in Cancer, you could say a ‘fresh start’ is coming. You can feel extra flirty or amorous toward a friend/lover. The potential for intimacy is strong, and you’re stimulated by creative endeavours around you. You can reinvent yourself now if you feel necessary, and even the way you approach a typical situation may change slightly. Everything around you is just waiting to be touched, to be noticed.

Jupiter leaves Aquarius for a short stint in Pisces on the 13th, giving you a preview of what’s to come throughout 2022. This transit will last until July 28th, so it’s perfect for networking and socialising. You’ll do some of your best work merging with other like minded people, and paying very little attention to those you’ve got nothing in common with. Relationships can feel more resourceful now, as you see what it would *truly* take to go the distance with someone. This decision that you ultimately (mid - June) come to, won’t be a moment too soon. Everything is building to help you gain perspective on an individual you’ve tried hard to scope out. The Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius on the 26th/27th is the big news however, and it’s important to not begin anything unusual at this time. Instead, meditate, contemplate, re-align yourself to the journey. This eclipse, the first of four this year, will touch on your 8th house which rules over the mysterious and transformational. Don’t be afraid to pull back the curtain. Mercury retrograde happens 3/4 times a year, and on the 30th will begin its ingress into Gemini, drawing attention back to work. You are acutely aware of reaching business goals, although social/love life seems to be taking up more brain space.

Dates to watch out for; 8th, 11th, 13th, 23rd, 27th.

Gemini: May 21 - June 20

Don’t cave in, Gemini. Throughout May, there is a lot changing in your career, and all will be revealed throughout Pluto’s 5 month retrograde lasting till mid-October. For now however, take it easy - as the first few weeks of the month tend to be quiet, introspective and recreational. Attention is coming your way from the 20th onward, when birthday season erupts and your face is plastered everywhere on the scene. But, let’s rewind before that and go back to the beginning of this busy month. On the 3rd, Mercury your ruler enters your sign and your 1st house of image, personality, reputation and independence. The theme is strengthened through your witty expression’s and the prominent message from Mercury that rings true all month is that it’s your time to refine - in all areas, love, business and friendship. The number #1 is your right now, and everyone else has to catch up. Venus enters your sign early in the piece, on the 9th, giving you sass and extra confidence. Joining Mercury in the 1st house, you like it when the world revolves around you. The Taurus New Moon on the 11th is symbolic, getting you ready for next month’s New Moon in your sign. It will gently shake you from responsibility, as the spiritual 12th house opens up a treasure trove of karma. You are in the quiet phase, appreciating simplicity, solidarity and secrecy. Lately, somewhere in life, you were made to play a deceptive role and the pressure of that has left you tired and annoyed. This 12th house transit therefore comes at exactly the right time, where you can wipe the slate clean and start again.

Jupiter moves into Pisces on the 14th, kickstarting a powerful story. No one can defeat this or get in the way - so until late July, you will be motivated to manage this narrative and be the keeper of it. The 20th marks your birthday season - and it’s all systems go, even with the chaotic mood hanging overhead. The month closes with a pivotal Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius (your opposite sign) on the 26th. This cosmic eclipse represents the left brain/right brain axis and your continual thirst for knowledge. The month ends with Mercury, your ruler, turning retrograde until mid-June. It’s a tough retrograde, one that appreciates a quick mind and slick attitude. Good thing you have both! There is a certain clarity that comes with your ruling planet spending time in your sign. Autonomy is really at the heart, giving you perspective when you need it most. In your 1st house it will rule over your face, image, health, reputation and candour. You are working in overdrive trying to get a project across the finish line.

Dates to watch out for; 5th, 12th, 20th, 25th, 27th, 30th.

Cancer: June 21 - July 22

You’re torn about what you should do versus what you (know) you will ultimately do, Cancer. Somethings are so ingrained in the psyche, even if you attempt to mentally walk away from a certain pattern. The month of May can feel especially profound, as there is so much to unpack. Mercury moves into your 12th house of privacy on the 4th, followed by Venus on the 9th. This is a moment for rest and recuperation, before you find yourself in the speeding lane. Support comes from walking in your story and owning it, this way personal magnetism also grows. Not that you’re concerned with that for now, but it’s nice to know that onlookers are intrigued. The New Moon in Taurus merges with Uranus also in Taurus in your 11th house of friendship, on the 11th. How’s that for synchronicity - something is drawing you out of your shell, and it feels right to participate. This Moon is aligned with Neptune in Pisces, setting hopeful and dreamy intentions that may just come true. There can be discomfort in committed relationships, as you wish for nothing to hinder your own personal development. The Sun will leave Taurus and enter Gemini on the 20th, followed by the first Lunar Eclipse of the year in Sagittarius on the 26th. Occurring in your 6th house of routine and mental wellness, there is a sense of discomfort as you balance out the next steps in the journey - but it is needed to foster growth.

Forget what you thought you knew, the end of the month signs off in its very own signature. Be careful how you proceed in certain scenarios, as Eclipses often have a very dramatic effect on you, being ruled by the Moon and all. Not only that but Mars is in your sign until June 11th - this means that the planet of war and aggression is really trying it on with you. Mars does not feel comfortable in your sign, it’s protective and cautious, motivating you only when you think it’s truly necessary to act. Spreading small fires everywhere in your life, especially the 10th house of ambition and career, asking you to look where it hurts before something huge erupts. The Pluto retrograde can also bring mixed vibes to the table, as everything is magnified in your personal life. Mercury retrograde in Gemini pulls you toward yourself - and is a time for recharge and rest. You do not feel like explaining yourself or even listening to others, in fact you may be depleted from people and their toxic energies.

Dates to watch out for; 4th, 12th, 22nd, 27th, 29th.

Leo: July 23 - August 22

Life most certainly is busy, Leo - so why do you feel so lonely amongst the crowd. May has a responsible flavour to it, as you try to realise some of your more unique dreams and goals. People come second to your inner peace, so it’s no wonder that quick fixes are a thing of the past. The New Moon in Taurus rules over your 10th house of ambition, public image and career direction - helping you come across more worldly. But before things get serious, Mercury and Venus join forces in your friendly 11th house from the 4th of the month, adding a touch of serendipity to your social life. In fact, many of you may have made new, supportive acquaintances in these last few weeks. You are determined to start fresh and give your past reputation a boost. It’s time to contemplate where you’re next headed - but part of me feels that all this hard work is specifically for one person to notice. With Neptune in Pisces, you’re also more vulnerable than usual, as you poke fun at yourself and some long held fears. This is strengthened on the 14th, when Jupiter, the lucky planet moves from Aquarius to Pisces and your mysterious 8th house.

This is the first of three transits in this cycle, and one that will truly improve your life both intimately and financially. This is because the 8th house rules shared belongings, connection and passion projects. Your best investment for so long has been yourself, Leo - but toward mid-month and beyond, there is more power in two. You will begin to take love and alliances more seriously, as you make room for karma and faith, trusting that Jupiter will bless you for staying true. Saturn’s critical nature can overblow a situation however, so remind yourself that nothing is perfect. Everything must be worked toward, even love. The Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius shifts into your creative 5th house of fertility and good vibes, embracing your feelings toward someone or something. There can be surprisingly good news coming from family or perhaps a hidden situation involving parents/children/siblings come to light. It will be much easier to express yourself, but time is of the essence - especially because Mercury retrograde begins a few days later rewinding the progress you’ve made, if not careful. Past lovers or friends can feature heavily in this Gemini transit - occurring in your 11th house.

Dates to watch out for; 2nd, 11th, 20th, 24th, 27th, 30th.

VirgoAugust 23 - September 22

The hardest part is well and truly over, Virgo. You’ll come to realise soon enough if you don’t already feel the surging tide sweeping you to new shores. May is a remarkable month, albeit a tad chaotic. Partnerships are at full capacity as you play into your every day relationships, posing as the visionary for those who know and love you. The month begins when Mercury, your ruler, enters Gemini (also its ruler) and your ambitious 10th house of career. Some of you may yawn at this information, more help in business, it’s nothing new really. But in fact, throughout 2021 these responsibilities are different because they shift more in line to your life path goals. Venus joins the 10th house too, on the 9th increasing your need to explore concepts, ideas and collaborations. The first two weeks of the month may introduce a new moral code or to some sort of experience that shifts your world view. On the 11th, a New Moon in sister-sign Taurus triggers your 9th house of philosophy and personal freedom.

It’s a good time for developing relationships, even more so after the 14th when Jupiter enters Pisces. Entering your 7th house of partnership, there are a lot of moving parts to this transit. Jupiter is known as the lucky planet, and will go back and forth from Aquarius to Pisces until 2022. The 7th house only deals with truth, so you can bet that ‘soul mate’ type reactions are at the forefront of your life, gearing up to refocus on the ‘bigger picture’. Neptune is also in Pisces, your opposite sign, helping to heal any rifts in your life. On the 27th, a Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius magnifies family and belonging as it merges with your 4th house of home. Your personal life will overshadow anything coming in from the outside world, so give it the attention it requires. This can manifest in so many different ways, perhaps you’re welcoming a new member or farewelling someone special. Some of you could be moving in with a lover, and that seems appropriate considering the Eclipse hit your love sector. Pluto has begun its yearly retrograde, where it will stay until early October, magnifying compulsive attitudes. You are trying to establish better lifestyle choices - but when Mercury turns retrograde on the 30th, in your 10th house, it can be easy to slip back into work as ‘top priority’. It’s natural to back-track over the next 3 weeks, you out of anyone know Mercury makes you retrace your steps - after all, it’s your natural ruler, so manage responsibilities with a bit of humour. If you have to do something twice, trust your instincts as to why.

Dates to watch out for; 4th, 11th, 14th, 27th, 30th.

LibraSeptember 23 - October 22

Giant leaps help you imagine what a ‘new world’ may look like, Libra. May is drastic but dynamic and to be honest, it’s time you had a bit of both in your life. Over the course of the next 4 weeks, you are developing and encouraging friendships, connections and collaborations. Relationships are important as is intimacy, and you’ll come to understand you can’t ignore either anymore. Let’s begin at the start, when Mercury enters Gemini on the 4th and your 9th house of philosophy, travel and learning. Venus joins a few days later, on the 9th burning you to take action and reach out. Emotional energy may feel intense and there can be conversations that take place that initiate a whole new cycle of support and approval. Gemini energy naturally inspires you, being so similar to your own - seek what it tries to show you. On the 11th, a New Moon in Taurus meets with the Sun in your 8th house of intimacy and investment - signalling a fresh beginning for you and someone special.

The big news of this month however, is Jupiter leaving Aquarius on the 14th, to enter Pisces and your 6th house, where it will stay until July 27th. This transit is supremely encouraging, magical and favourable. You can experience consistent love and loyalty in routine life, as family and friends gather around you. Jupiter is the planet of luck, and fuels vulnerability by bonding with others. In the 6th house, you rethink long term goals and plans, and satisfaction is found in working to be helpful. Structure and stability seem to be your top preference. Rewards come from education, commitment to health and therapy. Mars is in Cancer in your house of career, so you engage in healthy competition without getting too attached to the outcome, and this congregation of watery energy pioneers deeper enthusiasm for your every day. The next few months ahead are a time of consolidation, so conserve your energy and level out your emotions. There can be tension leading up to the Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius on the 26th/27th, as you try to unify a few opposing ideas. A friend or family member may feel especially dominating, although in their eyes they’re just trying to teach you a ‘lesson’. Occurring in your 3rd house of communication, a revelation can come from some sort of impulse. This Eclipse can feel fiery, as you learn about people’s true feelings on a matter. Epiphanies come from Full Moon’s and it's a process you will need to go through. On the 30th, Mercury stations retrograde in your 9th house reprogramming plans and schedules for the next 3 weeks. If blocks appear, thank them. Who knows what turmoil they are keeping you from, look at the advantage - not the disadvantage.

Dates to watch out for; 1st, 11th, 17th, 27th, 31st.

Scorpio: October 23 - November 21

Unresolved issues get a look in now, Scorpio. You are going through a process, a rare cycle - and it doesn’t just end when you say it should. Oh no, no. Although that’s how most things in your life work out, it won’t be the same in May. You’re about to be broken and pushed, but ultimately remoulded and edited to something completely new and necessary. Mercury joins Gemini and your intimate 8th house on the 4th of the month, strongly focusing on relationships. The 8th house is mysterious so it’s apt that you are its natural ruler - and this ingress will mean you are interacting in a more profound, simplistic way. Conversations can take on unusual tones, use flexibility to navigate them. Venus joins Mercury on the 9th, adding to the novelty. Someone or something may hold your interest, but your preconceived assumptions knock you back. On the 11th, a New Moon in Taurus aligns with the Sun and Uranus. In your 7th house of committed relations, it’s up to you how you choose to react and respond. Neptune is perfectly aligned to this Moon, intentionally heightening the sense of ‘fate’. Be careful of illusions or a wolf in sheep’s clothing, better yet, focus on the ones who show up for you.

Jupiter joins the Pisces party on the 14th in your fertile 5th house, for a short while - and Mars is in Cancer, your other sister sign. This unexpected burst of ‘water element’ energy can intrigue just about anyone, and for you pays off big time by lending a touch of magic and mysticism to all that you run through. There is inspiration in sex, intimacy, sensitivity and vulnerability - basically your 4 favourite things! Jupiter is actually gearing up for a long term aspect here, but you won’t see it’s full tilt till 2022. More will develop as the year progresses but this energy is a true sneak preview of what’s to come. Saturn begins its retrograde on the 23rd, helping you focus on personal projects like hobbies or domestic matters like caring for the sick and elderly. The aim is to slow down and catch your breath and this will become evident when delays occur almost every other day. People in your life may be progressive and by association they draw you in, helping you with a new approach. The Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius works through issues related to money and power. There is nothing predictable or safe about an Eclipse, and emotions are obviously heightened. They may be too raw to deal with around these dates, so leave making pivotal decisions until mid-June. Of course, you may take that all with a grain of salt - it’s all about reassessing what’s coming up for you. Mercury turns retrograde in Gemini on the 30th, challenging that 8th house of dependencies.

Dates to watch out for; 2nd, 11th, 27th, 29th, 30th.

Sagittarius: November 22 - December 21

Notice when you feel like you’re in the ‘flow’, Sagittarius. Try to remain there for as long as you can. The month of May relates heavily to the order of things, and you will be acutely aware of routine and how everything only works, when you do. It really begins with Mercury, entering Gemini - your opposite sign in the house of partnership, the 7th house. Love is about the ‘ideal’ and you’re interested in what devotes people to one another. Venus pushes this connection forward, by also joining the 7th house on the 9th. You are harmonious in negotiation, conversation and socialisation. Rapport builds between you and others, as you stay interested and available. In fact, for a long time you have been somewhat ‘disciplined’ in your connection to other people, but this month, something really intriguing changes. This transit will show you something new about yourself - especially around the 19th.

First however, a Taurus New Moon appears on the 11th in your 6th house of wellness, habitual memory and health. It is greatly supported by the Sun and Uranus also in Taurus and can manifest in physical or spiritual healing, as well as better concentration in career/daily life or large motivation to look into alternate methods of medicine. For many of you, there is an aspect of ‘getting better’ - it can feel like an upgrade enchanting your own physical body or relationships with people close to you. Jupiter, your ruler, the lucky planet of growth, moves from Aquarius into Pisces, where it will traverse back into in 2022. From the 14th until July 27th, Jupiter engages with your 4th house of family building on the work you’ve been taking so seriously with siblings, children or parents. You want to live sustainably as well as adapt better habits for intuition - so anchor yourself to those who know you and set intentions around this date, knowing that Jupiter backs you, especially being that it’s in mutable sister sign Pisces. Saturn turns retrograde on the 23rd, restructuring limits and beliefs. On the 27th, it’s the epic Lunar Eclipse occurring in your 1st house - meaning it’s in your sign! Wow is a keyword, as this Eclipse reveals emotions and feelings way beyond your control. In the 1st house, a lot will have to do with you. How you respond, what previous patterns drive you to that place, where you go to regain solidarity and peace after said emotions come up. Energetically and emotionally drained, you betcha! This Moon reminds you to take better care of yourself, so you come out stronger and happier. Take stock of everything, and let the emotions wash over you - this is the eclipse matrix and only just the beginning. Going over old territory can mend broken hearts.

Dates to watch out for; 1st, 14th, 24th, 29th, 30th.

Capricorn: December 22 - January 19

Interesting developments take place in the month of May, Capricorn. Pluto in your sign is retrograde until October, changing up the landscape drastically. Detaching yourself from unresolved matters or compulsions is the right way to go, as there’s no time right now to obsess. Instead there are about a million other ‘live’ nuisances occurring in real time, and as the ‘Daddy’ of the zodiac, everyone is waiting for you to fix them. Let’s start at the beginning when Mercury moves into your 6th house of work and health, helping you express your needs but in a different way. This transit puts you in a great position to bring more love into your everyday routine - and helps you refine the services you offer. You are involved in every aspect of the mundane Monday to Friday, nothing gets the green light without your signature. Venus here on the 9th, makes it even more so, as if you needed more confirmation. You seek to clear the air, especially from the 10th onward as the Taurus New Moon shifts into your very sweet and playful 5th house of creative romance. You are energised by love but also unhinged if there is stagnation. Neptune in Pisces is perfectly aligned to the Taurus energies occurring now, so there is something magical to this time, if you wish to see it. Far too often you close your eyes to magic but this Sun-Neptune connection can really heighten your sense of fun and compassion.

Your ruler, Saturn has been in the sign of Aquarius since late last year, and on the 23rd stations retrograde until early October. Establishing it’s position in your house of money, there seems to be a few upcoming months of order and stability revolving around your cash flow. You can be at odds with someone about spending matters or perhaps being made to conceptualise a new reality without the crutch of someone to ‘help’ you. Before that however, on the 14th to be exact, Jupiter leaves Aquarius for the sign of Pisces where it will transit your 3rd house of communication. Themes are set to develop further in 2022, when Pisces actually stays in the sign for longer than a few months. For now, try and understand what this long term aspect is trying to show you via education, travel, collaboration and conversation. Learning something new can be incredibly powerful in this time, and you could get really good, really fast. Try your hand at sudoku, knitting or painting, anything that gives you a vibrant enthusiasm. The month concludes much quieter, gifting you time to review and reflect. The editing process may play a part as the Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius lights up the sky on the 27th, occurring in your 12th house of restoration and relaxation. For most of you, allowing feelings to come and unfold naturally can be daunting - but in the 12th house you balance this out with intuition. You seek to serve others, and the retrograde in Mercury helps you slow down in order to do so. From the 30th onward, you observe - with personal time being paramount to your healing journey.

Dates to watch out for; 5th, 8th, 11th, 17th, 30th.

Aquarius: January 20 - February 18

The month of May can bring questions and uncertainty, Aquarius. Increasing your natural jitteriness ten fold, surprising friends and family alike. In reality, you’ve just got a lot on your mind and the restlessness (you're so well known for) is starting to rear its head. The current Pluto retrograde is intensifying the need to knuckle down and lock yourself away, as you seek contemplation as a way of healing. You see in May, every sign has their cross to bare and for you it will revolve around Saturn, the hard task master retrograding in your sign from the 23rd of this month until October 11th. Your emotional foundations are being emphasised by disciplined Saturn, who wants to test your endurance. Personal responsibility comes under this guise, naturally, because Saturn is so diligent and dutiful. It hates to let others down, so it’s teaching you in this 5-month period what balance really looks like. But first, let’s start at the beginning when Mercury enters sister-sign Gemini and your creative 5th house of joy and pleasure. Venus joins the 5th house drama on the 9th, gifting you with charm and sensitivity. Love can be aesthetically pleasing in this time but lacking a certain type of ‘character’, regardless it’s easy for you to make the situation work to your favour.

On the 11th a New Moon in Taurus aligns with Uranus, the planet of shock. They meet the Sun in your nourishing 4th house of home and belonging, signalling it’s time to put down some roots. The foundations of your family can be shaken around this date, with information being hidden or revealed - either way domestication is high on the list. Neptune in Pisces aligns well with this Moon, but shifts gear in the 2nd house of finances. Maybe you have overstayed your welcome somewhere? Or will have to dig deep in your pockets to show someone your intentions for the future. The Sun and Moon combination is outlining your foundations and patterns, showing up in your lineage and who came before you. This can be a highly emotional time, as the ancestral purge moves through your heart and soul. Either way, it’s time to cultivate some stability and root yourself to the ground you walk on. Jupiter, the planet of luck, has been in your sign since late December, heralding the great age of Aquarius. On the 14th, it moves into its long term transit (which is broken up into pieces) of Pisces, where it will stay until July 27th, before retrograding back into your sign. There is some reprieve here, and Pisces makes sure to bring the magic, courage and drive to an otherwise fruitless situation. Mars is in Cancer all month utilising the 6th house of work and health. It can be a strong overall period for motivation, or starting on a new health regime. The month keeps entertaining you, although the sense of humour is kind of dark. The Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius on the 27th switches up social dynamics, and can make you more irrational and subjective. This cycle has it’s fair share of emotional drama, so it’s best to pace yourself and use instinct. Mercury retrograde begins on the 30th, strengthened by it’s Gemini placement. Re-tracing your flirty 5th house, you will laugh more toward the end of the month than any other time.

Dates to watch out for; 2nd, 12th, 22nd, 29th, 30th.

Pisces: February 19 - March 20

The rules and regulations are changing, Pisces. What happens in May can feel quite radical - in a very ’1960’s’ way. Let’s talk about the cute elephant in the room for you (and other mutable signs), which is the transition Jupiter will make on the 14th, moving from Aquarius to your sign, Pisces. This significant transit will give you answers between the silence, making it an incredibly lucky time. Lasting until the 28th of July, it will present opportunity, serendipity and boundless magic. You are weaving in and out of receptive, romantic and sentimental moments as the nostalgia from the past creates an atmosphere of learning. It is indeed a very insightful month that can bring people together, as long as you embrace the Gemini quality of ‘duality’. Starting from the 4th when Mercury enters its rulership of Gemini, and your 4th house of home and belonging. Fortunately, this air sign season works well for you - because you yourself are characterised by two fish swimming in opposite directions. If anyone can get in tune with what Gemini offers up, it’s you. The themes revolve around domestic bliss, and you seek out simple pleasures by way of mother/father, children and siblings.

The New Moon in Taurus on the 11th harmonises with the Sun and Uranus in your 3rd house, signalling language, education, community and the way you communicate is most important. Local projects may bring in kindred spirits who appeal to you greatly. In fact, this cycle can be somewhat of an information overload as everything is more tangible and sensory derived. You can be distracted with so much going on in the periphery of your life, but if you stick to routine, you’ll find yourself in the right environment at the right time. Neptune is in your sign, and it makes lovely aspects to this Moon, heightening personal charm. People may come to you for creative advice or someone may give you the exposure you need. When the Sun and Moon move through Taurus, your life is sweeter and Neptune always helps navigate through the sludge. After all, it’s your all seeing eye, your special power. Saturn stations retrograde on the 23rd while Mercury and Venus remain in your domestic 4th house. Saturn is trying to establish a timeline for when a secret or scandal was exposed. Saturn in Aquarius wants to explore the past with you, and it will grab you by the hand pulling you back into your private life with all its complexities. You don’t really have time for that, as there’s much bigger fish to fry. The Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius takes place on the 27th making a square to Jupiter who is in your sign. You especially may feel lazy or unimpressed, it’s not a good time for travel especially in business. This Eclipse will occur in your 10th house of ambition and career, but it's no time for major decisions. Perspective is changing fast and emotions are suspended, observe what you can but don’t be surprised when and if something ancient from your career is brought to the surface. It’s all a culmination - an ending, you won’t have to traverse this challenge any more. Finally, Mercury retrograde will start on the 30th, in your homely 4th house. Everyone can be on the verge of breakdown, yourself included. This transit will affect family decisions or real estate matters, try and remain as calm as possible, it’s apparent others will be feeling the heat with you.

Dates to watch out for; 1st, 4th, 12th, 14th, 27th, 30th.
